It’s been said that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and in this writer’s case, it is definitely the truth as I remember, quite vividly, watching my father (a WWII vet) yell and shake his fist at the television as former President Nixon stated that he wasn’t a crook. How dare Nixon behave in such a criminal manner when my father and millions of other Americans had put their lives on the line. Nixon was an embarrassment (as every president since has become). I am sure I inherited a healthy distrust of elected politicians on that day and the days that followed as Watergate unfolded. I am also sure that many of us, over the years, have done the same thing as we watched our Constitutional Republic, slowly but surely, be hijacked by a globalist driven cabal of government/military/multi-national corporations using our expertise, life energy (income tax) and our soldiers’ blood to feed the cabal’s vision of America as a global imperialist empire.
Their puppets, Reagan (raise taxes, go farther in debt, withdrawal from Lebanon, invade Grenada, CIA creation of the Mujaheddin which morphed into al-Qaida, Iran/Contra, the ‘War on Drugs’, and my favorite, Amnesty), Bush 41 (‘read my lips’, Iraq, the ‘New World Order’, and allegiance to the United Nations), Clinton (Impeachment, WTO, the subsequent loss of millions of jobs, more ‘War On Drugs’ money lost, numerous ‘Gates’), all corrupt men and a complete embarrassment to us as Americans.
Then, just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, George Bush (the second) and Al Gore were trotted out as our leadership choices by the powers that be.
Unbelievable. That is until Barack Obama and John McCain. And then Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.
The first Bush was so bad that junior needed election ‘help’ to secure the White House. I knew that our political disenchantment leading to apathy was going to be used to conquer us. Little did I realize just how far the globalists would go to kill more than one bird with one stone.
Yes, 9.11, where not one, but two hijacked commercial jets were allowed to strike the Twin Towers, 17 MINUTES APART. Really? 34 MINUTES later, another ‘plane’ hit the Pentagon. One doesn’t even have to approach the explosions in the towers prior to the planes hitting or the controlled demolition or the ‘pulling’ of Building 7 aspects of this story.
Does anybody in their right mind really believe that the strongest and most technologically advanced military presence on the planet failed this epically?

This one event spawned the ‘never-ending unseen enemy’, the ‘Bill of Rights’ and Constitution shredding Patriot Act, the new gestapo, in the form of the Department of Homeland Security and the TSA, a now totally rogue government with unbelievable new powers to spy on it’s citizens, undeclared wars, and a massive outlay of cash that we no longer had (thanks Billy Clinton’s WTO free trade suicide), turning us into the debtor nation to foreign interests.
Enter the globalists’ newest Hollywood creation; Barack Obama with his trillions in deficit spending started by Bush II (leading to our economic demise and impending ‘walk of shame’ as beggars to the United Nation’s table, and possible civil war), nationalization of certain industries, the continued funding of the Big Banks to make them bigger, the on-going military presence in Iraq and the on-going war in Afghanistan, ‘Fast and Furious’, Benghazi, the un-Constitutional Obamacare law (I don’t give a damn what the Supreme Court said; they allowed the installation of Barack and had the audacity to state that the Obamacare mandate is Constitutional – in a pig’s eye!), and the now full force ‘police state’ surveillance of Americans culminating in the president (Obama and whatever fuhrer comes next) being able to use the US Military to arrest and detain Americans indefinitely by invoking the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Yet, for me, the true defining moment that we (as Americans) are under attack from a cabal that does not have America’s best interests at heart (and is winning) was when Jon Corzine was allowed a free pass on a $1.6 Billion Dollar blatant theft of customers’ money. In that one moment, everyone should have realized that the ‘Rule of Law’ had been taken down the garden path to be beaten, tortured, raped, and curb-stomped to death. The ‘Rule of Law’ no longer applies in America. Just as the Constitution was made ‘to be a living document that could be tortured enough to say whatever’ the cabal wanted it to say. Just as enough mass killings (Columbine, Fort Hood, Tucson, Aurora, Newtown) will drive the very loud, liberal herd toward the abolition of the last remaining guard against any populaces’ genocide; the right to bear arms. Just ask the Russians, and the Chinese, and more than a few other populations.
After the shooting on Friday in Newtown, I turned to my husband and asked him what he thought would happen in America when Obama signs an executive order instructing the military to confiscate all firearms in the country? I cannot print his reply but I am sure the possibility has occurred to many of you given that the president can now arrest and detain indefinitely any American he so chooses while police departments all over the country are getting their shiny new drones to spy on us because the cameras everywhere just aren’t getting them off anymore.

I assume that Jefferson is rolling in his grave right now because we are there, yet there is a possibility to stop the hydra using states’ rights.
Since its inception, the U.S. Federal Reserve’s monetary policies have led to a decline of over 95% in the purchasing power of the U.S. dollar. As a result, there have been several attempts to curtail or eliminate the Federal Reserve’s powers (for example, the efforts of Rep. Louis T. McFadden in the 1930s; the efforts of Rep. Wright Patman in the 1970s; the efforts of Rep. Henry Gonzalez in the 1990s; and the efforts of Rep. Ron Paul since the 1990s); however, none have proven successful to date, due mainly to the constraints of strong political opposition at the national level.
In contrast to these attempts at the national level, a paper I recently presented at the Mises Institute’s “Austrian Scholars Conference” proposes an alternative approach to ending the Federal Reserve’s monopoly on money: the “Constitutional Tender Act,” a bill template (first introduced by Georgia State Rep. Bobby Franklin) that can be introduced in every State legislature in the nation, returning each of them to adherence to the U.S. Constitution’s “legal tender” provisions of Article I, Section 10.
Such a new tactic could achieve the desired goal of abolishing the Federal Reserve system by attacking it from the “bottom up” – “pulling the rug out from under it,” by working to make its functions irrelevant at the State and local level. Under this Act, the State would be required to only use gold and silver coins (or their equivalents, such as checks or electronic transfers) for payments of any debt owed by or to the State (e.g., taxes, fees, contract payments, etc.).
All contracts, tax bills, etc. would be required to be denominated in legal tender gold and silver U.S. coins, including Gold Eagles, Silver Eagles, and pre-1965 90% silver coins. All State-chartered banks, as well as any other bank that is a depository for State funds, would be required to offer accounts denominated in those types of gold and silver coins, and to keep such accounts segregated from other types of accounts such as Federal Reserve Notes.
Upon going into effect, the Constitutional Tender Act would introduce currency competition with Federal Reserve Notes, by outlawing their use in transactions with the State. Ordinary citizens of the State, being required to pay their State taxes in gold and silver coins, would find it necessary to open bank accounts in those denominations.
Businesses operating within the State, being required to pay their State sales taxes and license fees in gold and silver coins, would need to do the same; and in order to acquire such coins, they would begin to offer their goods and services in “dual currency” denominations, where customers could choose to pay in Federal Reserve Notes (which would still be necessary to pay Federal fees and taxes) or gold and silver coins (including checks and debit cards based on bank accounts denominated in such coins). Customers, having found the need to open such accounts in order to deal with the State, would be able to engage in commerce using those accounts.
Over time, as residents of the State use both Federal Reserve Notes and silver and gold coins, the fact that the coins hold their value more than Federal Reserve Notes do will lead to a “reverse Gresham’s Law” effect, where good money (gold and silver coins) will drive out bad money (Federal Reserve Notes). As this happens, a cascade of events can begin to occur, including the flow of real wealth toward the State’s treasury, an influx of banking business from outside of the State (as citizens residing in other States carry out their desire to bank with sound money), and an eventual outcry against the use of Federal Reserve Notes for any transactions.
At that point, the Federal Reserve system will have become unwanted and irrelevant, and can be easily abolished by the people’s elected Representatives in Washington, D.C.
I believe this “bottom up” approach to ending the Fed would have a greater likelihood of success than a “top-down” approach for a number of reasons. First, it is decentralized: rather than facing concerted political opposition at a single Federal level, it attacks the issue at the State level, where strategies and tactics can be adapted to the types and amount of political opposition they encounter.
Second, it is diffused: it can be attempted in any number of States, which can cause the opposition to spread its resources much more thinly than would be necessary at the Federal level. Finally, it is legally sound: it relies on the U.S. Constitution’s negative mandate in Article I, Section 10, that “No State shall… make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”
Under this Act, not only would the use of FRNs by the State be made illegal; the use of legal tender U.S. gold and silver coins would be encouraged amongst the general population as well, along with any other currency that parties mutually consent to using.
This will have three immediate effects: the elimination of Federal Reserve Notes from State transactions; the requirement of individuals and businesses to cease using FRNs in their transactions with the State; and the introduction of competition in currencies amongst the general population. With all three effects working in tandem, the use of low-value pieces of paper issued by the Federal Reserve will become irrelevant, and an emaciated Federal Reserve system can be brought to a welcome, if inglorious, end.

On June 18, 2008, Logistics Monster was born as a way to vent the frustrations of a moderate indie living in a blue state against the corruption in the 2008 presidential election cycle, the fawning of the American version of Pravda, and the insanity of the koolaid drinking obamanation. On January 12th, 2008, I made the decision to shut the Monster down due to spending way too much time in one particular rabbit hole and becoming worried for my family’s safety. It has been unanimous among family, friends and contemporaries that The Monster cannot stop researching, writing, and exposing the corruption that is now so blatantly thrown in our faces each day by the newsprint and the talking heads. Is the corruption real? A better question would be, “How many of you trust your government to walk in the light and do the right thing?”
…That is what I thought…
On New Year’s Eve I posted the first part of “America’s Economic Collapse” and the visitors started showing up. As the series progressed, more and more people that should not care one iota about this little blog started coming by on a regular basis. The Pentagon, Andrews Airforce Base, the Navy, the House and the Senate were already regulars because of The One’s birth certificate issue, but now the Monster was adding major banks and investment firms from all over the world; Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Lehman Bros. to name a few. I have no idea about the blog etiquette when it comes to speaking about who visits, but when Halliburton and their subsidiary KBR showed up, I had to catch my breath and think about the safety of my family. You see, I have not trusted our government for a very, very, long time. I am a firm believer in actions; not words, and the actions of our government have been suspect for a very long time.
I had learned that the Council on Foreign Relations had published “Building A North American Community” in May 2005 about opening the borders and allowing people and goods to move freely between Canada, America, and Mexico. Why then would KBR, in 2006, be awarded a $385 Million contract from Homeland Security to build detention centers for an influx of illegal Mexican immigrants? How many of you know that the Council on Foreign Relations was started by “Fed Reserve System” guru, Paul Warburg? How many of you know that Halliburton was started with capital from Lehman Brothers?
I could go on for days, and I guess I will be doing just that. So….for all my “esteemed” visitors; welcome, pull up a chair and get comfortable, or uneasy as the case may be. We still have free speech for at least a little while…

On the eve of this historic inauguration, I ask that all American Patriots watch the marketed spectacle so that the memory of the shredding of our Constitution and the distress of our Republic will remain fresh in your memories in the coming days and weeks. After the visitors I have had, the Supreme Court’s refusal to hear the ineligibility cases, the COWARDICE of the Congress’ and Electoral Colleges’ asking for a $10 BC, and the coverup/scrubbing of The One’s past, I am more than convinced that Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro is not eligible, NOR WORTHY, to be OUR PRESIDENT, and as such, when the truth be known, we will have seen our darkest days yet. The One is trying so hard to convince America and the World that he is real, tangible, sincere, (i.e. Lincoln Everything), yet he knows that he is not, and the blatant prostitution to win our sacred White House is evidence of his plastic Jesus insincerity. The One is not my president and shall never be my president. Our Country and our Constitution is NOT about one man. It is not about the Congress or Supreme Court. America IS us. Our Constitution is about American Citizens governing themselves and electing responsible human beings to serve the people, not sending posers to Washington, DC to do what “they think is best”. I do not and will not support this “president”. This one man is his policies and his cronies; nothing more. I stand with our Constitution; I stand with American Citizens that have seen how far we have fallen because our elected officials ignored the people who have built this country, and worse still, those important pieces of paper that our Founding Fathers wrote, and then proceeded to fight and die for.
I will weep tomorrow for what has been lost, but I will also be re-energized in the belief and commitment to every American that is in love with our country and our Constitution, and who realizes that our government has gone way beyond the pale with the purchase of the presidency and just more power for a select few, and who are willing to FIRE Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the Congress for Gross Negligence against the Constitution and American Citizens.
With all of that laid out before you, I go back to my hero; the Founding Father that has given me the strength to overcome my fears and take up the pen again; Thomas Jefferson who brilliantly stated:

In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle,

do people not understand? Are we there yet? Damned if I don’t think we are there now when every single American household owes over $500,000 now to the Federal Government for the crack smokin’ government’s spending bills. That $500,000 bill was something like $36,000 back in 2001.
Merkel is getting it and she is not even American.
Germany Blasts ‘Powers of the Fed’
German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in a rare public rebuke of central banks, suggested the European Central Bank and its counterparts in the U.S. and Britain have gone too far in fighting the financial crisis and may be laying the groundwork for another financial blowup.
“I view with great skepticism the powers of the Fed, for example, and also how, within Europe, the Bank of England has carved out its own small line,” Ms. Merkel said in a speech in Berlin. “We must return together to an independent central bank policy and to a policy of reason, otherwise we will be in exactly the same situation in 10 years’ time.”
Ms. Merkel also said the ECB “bowed somewhat to international pressure” when it said last month it plans to buy €60 billion ($85 billion) in corporate bonds — a move that is modest in comparison to asset-buying by its counterparts, the U.S. Fed and Bank of England. Details are to be unveiled by the ECB’s president, Jean-Claude Trichet, Thursday.
The public criticism is unusual — and not only because German politicians rarely talk harshly about central banks in public. When politicians around the world do criticize their central banks, they almost always gripe that they are too tightfisted.
