The Real Unemployment Numbers, 17.3%

The latest job numbers came out this morning and everybody is still holding their breath, but thinking about relaxing just a wee bit because the 10% unemployment rate didn't change.  Don't.  They are spinning these numbers, and of course, not giving the full picture (as usual).  There seems to be some encouraging news from different industry sectors with the belief that the worst is behind us and that business may start hiring in a few months time.  This would be the time to stop spending the stimulus on "shovel ready" projects that never happen and divert that cash towards tax…

P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C. $237.6 Billion has been awarded, but few have seen any real improvement in the economy, other than it hasn't totally kacked, and unemployment is only at a 26 year high of 10.2%.  The White House needs a jobs summit the day before another blistering round of jobs numbers comes out, and as a diversion from the Bernanke circus, Climategate, Barbara Boxer's continued idiocy, and Waxman advising government control of the press.  Let's also not forget that the bloom is off the rose with the Community Organizer-in-Charge, and he must repair the damage done to his image by bailing out…
