With the amount of media-hyped news pablum that common-sense Americans have to wade through everyday, is it any wonder that a little known political doctrine based on resolutions from Thomas Jefferson and James Madison is only getting negative attention from the globally owned and fascist driven drive-by media? This article is one way to further that information and hopefully answer the overriding question that Americans have; that being “How do we stop the leviathon that the federal government has become?” One word; Nullification.
I urge my readers to watch the following two videos, check out the related website links, and make the decision for yourself as to whether you believe the Tenth Amendment Center has the key in the ‘Doctrine of Nullification’, and whether you are tired of being called an extremist for not wanting TSA to grope your children or the Fed to devalue your money. (more…)
GODDAMMIT PEOPLE!!!! After watching this tiny, six year old little girl get groped and then DRUG TESTED(?), does ANYONE want to argue with me about abolishing the Patriot Act? Does anybody actually feel safer now? Does anyone still think that islamic jihadists are more dangerous to Americans than our own out-in-the-open fascist government?
Be warned; this video will turn one’s stomach with the realization that the American Police State is more than alive and well and THRIVING! Last fall’s protests achieved nothing because Americans are still flying and financially contributing to their own enslavement. Want results? CUT THE PURSE STRINGS and watch the airlines straighten out this total and utter invasion of privacy AND SEXUAL ASSAULT damn quick.
STOP FRAKKIN’ FLYING!!!!!!!!!!!
POLICE STATE 2011: 6 year old girl groped then drug tested by TSA
Dr. Ron Paul does it again by winning the CPAC straw poll with 30% of the vote and giving one of his excellent speeches detailing the attack on the 4th Amendment with the Patriot Act, our failed foreign policy, the fallout from the federal government taking money from us and propping up dictators in other countries ($70 billion to Mubarek), operating bases all over the world, the shenanigans of the Federal Reserve (which brought the usual ‘End The Fed’ chant), how the Federal Reserve is working hard to collapse the dollar, and that we have had too much bipartisanship for the last 60 years (the progressive movement). We are rapidly approaching the crossroads when enough people realize that Dr. Paul has been right all along.
Dr. Ron Paul:
Lt. Col. Allen West’s Keynote speech:
After listening to Rep. West’s speech, I have to believe he has read ‘Got Real Vision?’.
It’s good to bitchslap Janet Napolitano and the Obama administration from time to time. Now it’s time to call Boehner, Cantor and McCarthy!
The march against the ever-growing federal government continues as democrats and eight House republican freshmen (of a total of 26 republicans) voted against extending the Patriot Act. Halle-freakin-lujah!!!!
Want to find common ground with your fellow Americans? Here is an issue that both left and right can agree on; the government being able to warrantlessly tap phones, secretly rifle through bank accounts and safety deposit boxes, hold people indefinitely without charging them, etc., etc., etc., is NOT the American way. Does anybody actually think that Janet Napolitano, the DHS and TSA really have our best interests at heart?
House Republicans Tuesday night got a harsh introduction to the majority, as more than two dozen rank-and-file GOP lawmakers voted against reauthorizing the Patriot Act.
(snip)
There was no sign that the leadership saw the setbacks coming. The Patriot Act was moved to the floor under suspension of the rules — a provision that requires two-thirds majority (290 votes) to pass and is often used for noncontroversial legislation. After holding the vote open well past the 15-minute window, it failed 277 to 148 with five Republicans and four Democrats not voting.
Republican leaders will bring the bill back to the floor under a rule, where it will almost certainly secure the 218-vote threshold.
(snip)
Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) office had no comment on the trade bill or Patriot Act failure. He did not vote, which is somewhat of a tradition for the speaker. Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) and McCarthy voted for the Patriot Act extension.
The Patriot Act has long been a contentious issue on Capitol Hill. It was passed shortly after Sept. 11 to give the government expanded surveillance powers, while breaking down barriers between the CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies.
But many — ranging from liberals like Rep. Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), to libertarians like Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) — have long expressed concerns over the sweeping breadth of the legislation. Kucinich called Tuesday’s vote a “significant defeat,” adding that it will “fuel opposition” to the measure nationwide.
Indeed, many members were concerned about Patriot Act provisions that would allow the government to access medical and business records, GOP sources said.
And a handful of the no-votes were freshmen who felt completely uninformed by their leadership. Rep. Todd Rokita (R-Ind.), who voted for the bill, said he “didn’t know anything about (the vote) until today.”
(snip)
Twenty-six Republicans voted against the Patriot Act extension, but only eight were freshmen — Reps. Justin Amash (Mich.), Mike Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Chris Gibson (N.Y.), Randy Hultgren (Ill.), Raul Labrador (Idaho), Bobby Schilling (Ill.), Dave Schweikert (Ariz.) and Rob Woodall (Ga.).
Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) voted against the extension, while his wife, Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R-Calif.), voted for it.
Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Reps. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), Steve Israel (N.Y.) and Henry Cuellar (Texas) all voted for the bill. Committee leaders including Reps. Norm Dicks (D-Wash.), Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) and Adam Smith (D-Wash.) also voted for the bill. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Judiciary Committee Ranking Democrat John Conyers (Mich.) voted against extending the bill.
Altogether, 122 Democrats voted no, and 67 voted yes. Republican votes to back the bill numbered 210.
Constitutional conservatives and Tea Party Patriots have an opportunity arriving soon to change the course of the nation yet again by making your feelings KNOWN to your representatives when it comes to extending provisions of the (fascist) Patriot Act which was passed unread, by a progressive congress, and signed by a globalist president. Even though I disagree with Dennis Kucinich often, as a close friend of mine has said in the past, ‘even a clock is right twice a day’, and continuing to allow this government this kind of power is absolute insanity. Here is one of those ‘line in the sand’ opportunities that we must not allow to pass us by.
As the judge states in this segment, the FBI is allowed to write their own search warrants and those Americans so served may not tell anybody about the warrant or face prosecution. The Patriot Act also allows indefinite detention without charges, and access to any of your personal records because you may possibly commit a terrorist act at some point in the future. Anybody want to guess how big the Monster’s file with DHS is now?

Guess who ordered nude body scanners Attorney with multiple constitutional claims confirms orders come straight from the top
Editor’s Note: Some of the links in this report lead to graphic images that have been taken from current airport security scanning procedures. Use caution in viewing the links.
A constitutional attorney preparing to legally challenge the Transportation Security Administration’s enhanced screening procedures – which reveal a virtually nude image of passengers – says airline passengers have Barack Obama to thank for the process.
“Legislation has been proposed to mandate full-body scanners and make them the primary screening method in all U.S. airports by 2013, but Congress has yet to act on it,” John Whitehead, president of the Rutherford Institute, wrote in a new commentary.
“So we can thank President Obama for this frontal assault on our Fourth Amendment rights. Mind you, this is the same man who insisted that ‘we will not succumb to a siege mentality that sacrifices the open society and liberties and values that we cherish as Americans,'” Whitehead said.
“Yet in the wake of the bumbling underwear bomber’s botched Christmas Day attempt to blow up a Detroit-bound plane, Obama directed the Homeland Security Department ‘to acquire $1 billion in advanced-technology equipment, including body scanners, for screening passengers,'” he continued.
Judge Napolitano educating the moos about how fascist the Patriot Act actually is.
Judge Andrew Napolitano Natural Rights and the Patriot Act
Chairman Zero has a new bill coming next year according to the NY Times that would require ‘all services that enable communications‘ to technically comply with a wiretap order. This bullshit is out of freakin’ hand and I don’t want to hear one damn word about how great the liberty-usurping Patriot Act is or how it has protected us after 9.11. It’s been nothing but a ‘do-whatever-they-damn-well-please’ act for the federal government.
WASHINGTON — Federal law enforcement and national security officials are preparing to seek sweeping new regulations for the Internet, arguing that their ability to wiretap criminal and terrorism suspects is “going dark” as people increasingly communicate online instead of by telephone.
Essentially, officials want Congress to require all services that enable communications — including encrypted e-mail transmitters like BlackBerry, social networking Web sites like Facebook and software that allows direct “peer to peer” messaging like Skype — to be technically capable of complying if served with a wiretap order. The mandate would include being able to intercept and unscramble encrypted messages.
Let’s just keep nudging the internet into a corner and very soon it isn’t going to matter anymore. Remember, the first target in a war is the lines of communication, and if you don’t think we are in a war for our liberties, I apologize for trying to tear you away from ‘American Idol’.
James X. Dempsey, vice president of the Center for Democracy and Technology, an Internet policy group, said the proposal had “huge implications” and challenged “fundamental elements of the Internet revolution” — including its decentralized design.
“They are really asking for the authority to redesign services that take advantage of the unique, and now pervasive, architecture of the Internet,” he said. “They basically want to turn back the clock and make Internet services function the way that the telephone system used to function.”
But law enforcement officials contend that imposing such a mandate is reasonable and necessary to prevent the erosion of their investigative powers.
“We’re talking about lawfully authorized intercepts,” said Valerie E. Caproni, general counsel for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. “We’re not talking expanding authority. We’re talking about preserving our ability to execute our existing authority in order to protect the public safety and national security.”
Their ‘existing authority’ is over the top right now, but, oh damn, the FBI is falling behind so the rest of you have to slow down and accept the handicap so they can catch up. Who are the dumb f***in’ moos?
If I hear one more ‘conservative’ talking head state that Bush 43 kept us safe after 9.11, or that 19 hijackers took down the twin towers all by themselves, I think I will absolutely lose my mind from the lowing of the moos in the field.
No 9.11; no Patriot Act with accompanying anthrax scare; no Department of Homeland Security to create a mirror database of personal information and then take an exemption from the 1974 Privacy Act. Who needs a national ID card when DHS has the mirror database, The Fed has all your financial records, and Obamacare has everything else including your bank account information to draw funds electronically for medical care?
Now, given that DHS hasn’t secured the border, people who read the Constitution have been labeled as possible domestic terrorists, and the FBI considers the ‘sovereign’ movement to be domestic terrorists, do we watchdogs of the republic still look insane or are you feeling us yet?
From 'DHS to develop single, searchable database of immigration records'
I’ve taken a lot of heat from the right when I start bashing the Patriot Act for being the single most dangerous Act to be passed by the cowardly congress when it comes to the inherent infringement on privacy, liberty, and the amount of control the government now has over everything you do. Every time you see a camera at an intersection recording your face, your plate, and your car; think Patriot Act and the NWO globalists tracking, what they believe is, their property.
The argument is that we have to catch the terrorists at any cost, and that our national security agencies have to do whatever they deem necessary to accomplish that mission. Poppycock! The slowly awakening but too trusting sheeples are going to have to make a choice soon between standing tall or kneeling as the shackles are put on.
If you are a blogger, citizen journalist, or a tea party patriot; pay attention because the Climate of Fear just got a bit thicker.
When the Conservative Examiner presented proof in a 7-part series that the Obama government is engaging in covert activities to rob citizens of their liberties, naysayers dismissed the information as ‘inconclusive,’ despite the reliability of the unnamed sources for that information.
However, ABC News interviewed a whistleblower who exposes a massive government intrusion into the privacy of all citizens by reading their emails and Instant Messages, listening to their phone calls, monitoring their movements on the Internet, and tracking the ‘Patriot movement’ as a ‘violent threat’ to national security, although no one in the Patriot movement has engaged in such violence.
Not only that, but the government is working with a corporation–AT&T–in order to accomplish this privacy violation:
Note that this secret program was exposed in 2008, while George W. Bush was President.
Thus, we know for a fact that the government has been doing exactly what was claimed in the Conservative Examiner series on Obama’s 4th Reich. Only the faces have changed. The program is the same and has in fact been kicked up into high gear under the Obama Administration.
In fact, ‘People for Freedom‘reports that the Pentagon’s Cyber Command is currently preparing to wage war against American citizens who insist on liberty and the adherence to the U.S. Constitution. :
Early last week the Air Force assigned approximately 30,000 “digital troops” to “the front lines of cyber warfare,” a number that represents a third of the troops in Afghanistan. “The transformation is part of the service’s larger emphasis on cyberspace operations and merging most computer system operations and network warfare functions under Space Command’s 24th Air Force, based at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas,” reported the Air Force Times on May 19.
But the bombshell that was revealed in this latest expose of secret government operations directly impacts bloggers and citizen journalists who are not ‘authorized’ by government to report their propaganda:
According to investigative reporter Wayne Madsen, at least some members of the NSA want to deal with pesky bloggers in a more direct and deadly fashion. In August of 2008, Madsen reported that an executive level NSA staff person was on record saying that significant sentiment exists within the NSA to kill troublesome bloggers and journalists.
Added to this disturbing information is the fact that at West Point last week Barack Obama called for a ‘new international order:
These various factors add up to one big concerted attack on average American citizens by the present government and its enablers in the mega-corporate world.
