Glenn Beck, 1.3.2011: America’s Crushing Debt

The Judge is filling in for Glenn as he stocks up on chalk for tomorrow’s show.  The Judge interviews Sens. Rand Paul (Kentucky) and Mike Lee (Utah) about the $14.3 trillion dollar debt ceiling that is imminently facing our nation and congress. He also interviews our favorite economist, David Buckner, and Steve Moore about the debt that is crushing our nation and the planned co-opting of the tea party elects.

A Nation Of Sheep Will Beget A Government Of Wolves – Edward R. Murrow

Glenn’s program is all about the Constitution and the progressives’ war against it with guests David Barton and Judge Napolitano.

Judge Napolitano on the biggest Constitutional offenders of the 20th century:

Ron Paul On The Fed’s Central Economic Planning

My Christmas came earlier this month when Ron Paul was named chair of the House Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy, which has as one of it’s duties, overseeing the Federal Reserve. We may just see the end of the banking mafia yet.

Attorney with multiple constitutional claims confirms orders come straight from the top

Editor’s Note: Some of the links in this report lead to graphic images that have been taken from current airport security scanning procedures. Use caution in viewing the links.

A constitutional attorney preparing to legally challenge the Transportation Security Administration’s enhanced screening procedures – which reveal a virtually nude image of passengers – says airline passengers have Barack Obama to thank for the process.

“Legislation has been proposed to mandate full-body scanners and make them the primary screening method in all U.S. airports by 2013, but Congress has yet to act on it,” John Whitehead, president of the Rutherford Institute, wrote in a new commentary.

“So we can thank President Obama for this frontal assault on our Fourth Amendment rights. Mind you, this is the same man who insisted that ‘we will not succumb to a siege mentality that sacrifices the open society and liberties and values that we cherish as Americans,'” Whitehead said.

Sign onto the petition demanding the suspension of the privacy-invading scans and pat-downs.

“Yet in the wake of the bumbling underwear bomber’s botched Christmas Day attempt to blow up a Detroit-bound plane, Obama directed the Homeland Security Department ‘to acquire $1 billion in advanced-technology equipment, including body scanners, for screening passengers,'” he continued.

The AIG Saga Continues: Treasury Hides $40 Billion Loss? (UPDATED Video)

Neil Barofsky isn’t making any friends over at Treasury right now, considering he is slamming their changing methodology (without telling the American public) that make the losses at AIG looks significantly less than what they were 6 months ago.

Is anybody surprised?  No; didn’t think so. I know I will have died and gone to heaven when the Federal Reserve no longer exists and the big wall street banks aren’t telling our government how it’s going to be anymore.

Treasury Hid A.I.G. Loss, Report Says

The United States Treasury concealed $40 billion in likely taxpayer losses on the bailout of the American International Group earlier this month, when it abandoned its usual method for valuing investments, according to a report by the special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program.

“In our view, this is a significant failure in their transparency,” said Neil M. Barofsky, the inspector general, in an interview on Monday.

In early October, the Treasury issued a report predicting that the taxpayers would ultimately lose just $5 billion on their investment in A.I.G., a remarkable outcome, since the insurance company was extended $182 billion in taxpayer money in the early months of its rescue. The prediction of a modest loss, widely reported as A.I.G., the Federal Reserve and the Treasury rushed to complete an exit plan, contrasted with an earlier prediction by the Treasury that the taxpayers would lose $45 billion.

And as an added bonus, Neil Cavuto covers the story of the Treasury looking for employees that know their way around the Freedom Of Information Act specifics.  How’s that for transparency…?  The Judge weighs in.

FreedomWatch, 10.16.2010: O’Donnell, Rodgers, Ventura & The Economy

The Judge has an excellent show today starting out with indie maverick Jesse Ventura speaking about his distrust of all government officials, political parties, the unlawful tracking of all Americans by the feds, and the conspiracies he is following. The Judge also interviews Christine O’Donnell about the race in Delaware, and follows up with Jim Rodgers and the tanking of the economy.

Part 1/4, Jesse Ventura, Matt Kibbe, Tea Party Patriots and The Fed:

Part 2/4: Christine O’Donnell with information stating that Coons’ family business will profit from Cap & Trade, and Jim Rodgers on gold and the currency bubble:

Glenn Beck, 10.12.2010: The Rise of The Tea Party

The judge is hosting today and he starts out this program with the two-fold reason for ‘the rise of the tea party’. I think he’s right and incredibly eloquent about what Tea Party Patriots actually stand for; all bias, spin, and smear aside.

I have often argued that the reason we have the rise of the tea party this election season is two fold.  First, the republicans under Pres. George W. Bush, proved themselves utterly unworthy of governing within the confines of the Constitution.  They fought two illegal wars, created enormous deficits, gave hundreds of billions of your money to rich bankers, federalized education and seniors’ prescription drugs, spied on us without warrants, and arrested people without putting them on trial.  The second and more controversial reason is the sad similarity in the two major political parties today. To demonstrate that similarity, I have argued here at Fox and at speeches around the country, that we don’t even have a two party system any longer, we have one party; the Big Government Party. It has a republican wing that likes deficits, corporate welfare, assaults on civil liberties, and war.  It has a democratic wing that likes taxes, individual welfare, assaults on commercial liberties, and war.

Now, along comes the tea party, and on paper it stands for basic Jeffersonian Principles.  That the federal government can only regulate in the sixteen areas of behavior that the Constitution gives it.  Our freedoms come from our humanity, not from the government.  That the states that have given power to the fed can take it back.  That we are entitled to sound money and only the gold standard can produce that, and that we should only fight defensive wars.

The judge starts with an interview with Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, and then moves on to Foreclosure-Gate.

North Carolina; Privacy Is An Illusion

North Carolina; Privacy Is An Illusion

Okay MOOS, listen up.  Sheriffs in North Carolina (that supposedly work FOR YOU) have approached the NC legislature and requested warrant-less access to state prescription drug lists of patients who are prescribed controlled substances by their doctors.  They want to be able  to sift through and find drug abusers in order “to curb a growing problem of prescription drug abuse.

I know I should be shocked by this new fascist idea, but I’m not.   I almost did not write about this because it has become the norm in our world; actual privacy has become an illusion.

Sheriffs want lists of patients using painkillers

Judge Napolitano gave an interview with Shep Smith on Studio B a few minutes ago where he stated that the NC sheriffs are trying to fundamentally change the privacy clause in the Constitution, change the physician/patient relationship,  and he wonders how this could be happening considering the sheriffs work for us.  Do they?  The rabbit hole I have been down points to something altogether different than “We The People”.

When that vid becomes available, I will post it.

Glenn Beck, 6.16.2010: The Judge On Obama’s Maneuvers Against BP and The Constitution

Obama continues to shred the Constitution and set dangerous precedent on many levels.

Judge Napolitano is filling in for Glenn who is handling a minor medical emergency with his daughter. Considering the violation of the ‘rule of law’ in our country by this administration with the handling of the BP oil disaster, having the judge moderating this program today is a blessing due to his knowledge of the law and Constitution.

Judge Napolitano explains how the liability cap that was put in place by a republican congress and Bill Clinton to limit what the oil companies pay in case of accidents was in return for the federal government being able to say where drilling could occur. The Judge states that BP asked the State of Louisiana to drill in 500 feet and the feds said “no, you have to drill in 5000”.

He also explains how the $20 Billion dollar escrow account that BP is filling with cash is going to be overseen by a Obama czar, Ken Feinberg, and how the government, not a court of law, is going to decide who receives compensation. Very un-Constitutional, very un-American, very Obama.

The judge’s introductory panel includes Stuart Varney, Charlie Gasparino, FBN Senior Correspondent, and John Tamny, Editor of RealClearMarkets.com
