I put the following message in the sidebar a couple weeks ago asking when somebody in Congress would do the right thing and call for Zero’s impeachment over his unbelievable unconstitutional handling of the Libya attack. I have been waiting ever since; until tonight. Surprise, surprise.
Two Week Old Message
Of course it isn’t a patriot or statesman in Congress pushing for Chairman Zero’s impeachment, it’s a real constitutional lawyer that doesn’t appear to like ‘globalist‘ presidents very much.
Bruce Fein, a former Reagan administration official in the Department of Justice and chairman of American Freedom Agenda writes in his 15-page argument of Obama’s course that “Barack Hussein Obama has mocked the rule of law, endangered the very existence of the Republic and the liberties of the people, and perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
Fein is a small-government conservative who worked on the impeachment of President Bill Clinton and also called for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, and his work doesn’t represent the Republican Party line. But it comes as some Republicans on the Hill, led by Senator Rand Paul, object vociferously to Obama’s decision to strike targets in Libya without Congressional authorization.
“He’s been more bold than any other president,” said Fein, who said Obama has failed to secure congressional approval for his military action in a much more brazen way than previous administrations.
“If he can wipe out the war powers authorization, why can’t he wipe out Congress’s authority to spend?” asked Fein. ” If we’re going to be a government of laws, and not descend into empire, this is Caesar crossing the Rubicon.”
Fein said a number of Congressional offices have expressed interest in his proposal.
“They actually need to defend constitutional prerogatives,” said Fein. “There’s definitely been interest on the Hill. There’s at least two dozen who have been open to the idea that this is a serious constitutional crisis.”
Fein’s articles of impeachment discuss the run-up to the Libya conflict and conclude, “In all of this, President Barack Obama has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as President and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.”
The article of impeachment and three subsections are after the jump.
…break…
ARTICLE I
In his conduct of the office of President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has usurped the exclusive power of Congress to initiate war under Article I, section 8, clause 11 of the United States Constitution by unilaterally commencing war against the Republic of Libya on March 19, 2011, declaring that Congress is powerless to constrain his conduct of the war, and claiming authority in the future to commence war unilaterally to advance whatever he ordains is in the national interest. By so doing and declaring, Barack Hussein Obama has mocked the rule of law, endangered the very existence of the Republic and the liberties of the people, and perpetrated an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor as hereinafter elaborated.

Personally, I want this ass-clown booted for being ineligible as a dual citizen at birth, making every person he has ever appointed and every bill he has signed null and void…but he is too well protected by the powers that be for that to happen, and I don’t want to hear one freakin’ word about Hillary or McCain being unable to find the evidence. They are all playing for the same damn team…and it ain’t ours.
Two key senators offered and passed a resolution on Thursday that calls for Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to hand over power to a caretaker government.
The resolution offered by Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) also call for elections and urges that Egypt’s military demonstrate “maximum professionalism and restraint” in working to restore order.
In a floor speech, McCain warned that the situation in Egypt could turn into a “genuine massacre.”
“We cannot afford that, and we must do everything in our power to see that it stops,” McCain said. “This is a seminal moment in the history of the Middle East and the world. We are seeing an uprising and a movement that spread across the entire Middle East.”
McCain called for Mubarak to give up power on Wednesday following a meeting at the White House with President Obama.
Protests in the streets of Cairo on Thursday were violent for a second day in a row as forces loyal to and against Mubarak’s government battled in the streets.
Kerry said all stakeholders in Egypt must respect human rights.
“We urge the parties involved to take every step possible to avoid violence and to respect the rights of the people in Egypt to assemble, to express their rights, to fight for and demonstrate for a transition in their lives and in their country,” said Kerry.
This is the first resolution to be offered by any senators on the crisis in Egypt. Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) quickly joined as cosponsors.
The Senate passed the resolution by unanimous consent Thursday night.
1. Do you think a dictator with a 30 year run cares what these ass-clowns think?
2. I wonder how much more pissed the Egyptian people will be when they hear of this arrogance.
3. When will the U.S. Federal Government understand that they aren’t all that and that they can’t just do whatever they want, wherever they want, whenever they want?
It appears that ‘The Prince‘ by Niccolo Machiavelli must be required reading by elected officials in the District of Criminals.
This article about the senate omnibus bill has been difficult to write as there are many little pieces to the puzzle, so a brief recap of the dems ‘enhanced negotiation tactics‘ is in order.
The democrat majority has not passed one single appropriations bill (there are 12 of them) this past year.
The dems have waited until four days before the government is set to shut down to drop a 1,924 page package omnibus bill on the senate that includes approximately 6,488 earmarks and funding for Obamacare and additional funds for the IRS. Yes, you can thank my POS senator for this new version of gang-rape.
This bill funds the government until next September, freezing out the new Republican House from making any spending cuts and bringing us many more steps closer to national bankruptcy.
This bill will fund the Financial Fascism law currently nicknamed the FrankenDodd Law that includes tracking of every single financial transaction in the country.
The appropriation is related to his support for the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act – legislation nicknamed the “Akaka Bill” in honor of Hawaii’s U.S. Senator Daniel Akaka, which creates a native Hawaiian sovereign government within the state with its own powers relating to taxation, land ownership, regulation, law enforcement, and more.
Neil Cavuto interviewed Sen. Tom Coburn about this bill earlier today and Mr. Coburn made pertinent points.
If this bill passes, the GOP won’t be able go cut any spending because it funds everything through 2011.
Inability of the GOP to address the impending bankruptcy of the United States.
This bill does not give the American people any confidence that the feds might actually be listening.
What Sen. Coburn failed to mention is that this bill will fund Obamacare and also gives additional funds to the Internal Revenue Service.
Sen. John McCain, 12.14.2010:
Does it ever feel like we are being forced to swallow glass shards while walking across hot coals when it comes to the UTTER VINDICTIVENESS of our elected officials in the District of Criminals? This spending package must be passed this week or the feds will have to shut their doors on Saturday. Who in their right mind allows such a walk on the razor’s edge to occur? This fails to be a lack of planning; it is absolute lunacy and mean-spiritedness from politicians that are holding the American people hostage with their enhanced negotiation tactics in order to fund programs we don’t want, all the while running the clock out fighting over bleeding the American taxpayer even more on January 1st. I used to believe that they were actually trying to start a revolution, but have come to the conclusion that we are entirely invisible while they are playing Machiavellian politics.
Today’s AYFKM? Award goes to a current senator and former presidential candidate who thinks it’s a gimme to hold off on reading Miranda rights to the Times Square Bomber even though he is a naturalized American citizen. Are we now going to get around following the rule of law by “delaying” the reading of rights to this joker but we Mirandize foreign nationals at the drop of a hat? At what point do we stop bending the Constitution just a little bit to make things go our way? Are you okay with the slippery slope being laid for all criminal cases? If anything, this just proves the point that McCain truly does not have America’s back as we already know how this administration and a significant portion of congress feels about patriotic Americans that read the Constitution, own guns, and attend church.
Today’s message from Glenn is about “The Chicago Way”, and if you sit at the White House table long enough, you are gonna get whacked by this administration. (Nothing new to the readers here at the Monster)
Update: Loss of Freedom and Global Climate Treaty shenanigans:
It is always a pleasure to be able to return a linking h/t. This one goes to Why Mommy Is A Palin Supporter for the following post:
A Lesson On How To Destroy A Leader:
Bill Whittle of Pajamas Media has released a commentary on the multi-faceted campaign to bring down Sarah Palin that pours down thirteen minutes of unadulterated verbal smackdown on the heads of those in the media, the Democratic Party and the Republican establishment who have been attacking Sarah Palin. This is a “must watch” video commentary that sends a reverberent cannon shot directly into enemy ground. Few names are mentioned, but the enemy is identified, exposed and crushed with facts that do not merely reveal, but truly inspire.
Please do watch the entire thirteen minutes.
I applaud Bill Whittle for one of the clearest and most concise commentaries I have heard in years, and as “Mommy” states, listen through the entire commentary because the suppositions at the end about moral and immoral people, and Saul Alinsky and his tactics are a MUST HEAR and HEED! The commentary will also give you more than a bird’s eye view of what the coasts think of the little peeps in fly-over country.

Oh yeah, it has been All Obama, All The Time for how long? Bit sick of it? Bit tired of Gumby trying to close the deal and not being able to MAKE IT HAPPEN?
Here is a really good slice of what the MSM DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW because then you would know what PUMAs know –
The Right Choice is McCain/Palin08!!!!!!! Real American Heroes, John McCain and Sarah Palin!
Watch this a few times….it’ll make you feel better!!!!
And here is the reason that John McCain IS THE BEST CLOSER!
and the reason we need a Commander In Chief who actually has a sense of humor and is not UPTIGHT or HIGH STRUNG:
So we know that the polls factor in the Bradley Effect, but not the PUMA Effect. I have been telling everyone that will listen not to believe the polls because they HAVE NO IDEA what is going on, and when you add in WHO actually shows up to vote and in what numbers, once again, NOBODY KNOWS what is going to happen.
I have also been telling all the PUMAs I know that I do not believe we will actually know who the President is on November 5th due to ACORN, Voter Fraud, Voting Machine Failures…blah, blah, blah. It could be that middle of December b*llsh*t all over again. Given that, DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT CNN, MSNBO, ABC, NBC, or THE PRINTED WORD says about the exit polls…..and here is why…….
From John McCain’s Camp:
McCAIN CAMPAIGN MEMO: READING THE EXIT POLLS BILL McINTURFF, INTERNAL POLLSTER Mon Nov 03 2008 16:53:14 ET
As we have seen in previous election cycles, the exit poll results do leak early and that ends up influencing the coverage of the race before even the first state polls close at 6:00 PM Eastern.
However, we want to remind the campaign that the media’s own post-election study of the exit polls in 2004 showed that the exit polls overstate the Democratic candidate’s support. Therefore, we would discourage a rush to judgment based on the exit polls and wait until there has been a representative sampling of actual tabulated results from a variety of counties and precincts in a state.
Here are the key points to keep in mind when the exit poll data starts being leaked:
1. Historically, exit polls have tended to overstate the Democratic vote.
2. The exit polls are likely to overstate the Obama vote because Obama voters are more likely to participate in the exit poll.
3. The exit polls have tended to skew most Democratic in years where there is high turnout and high vote interest like in 1992 and 2004.
4. It is not just the national exit poll that skews Democratic, but each of the state exit polls also suffers from the same Democratic leanings.
5. The results of the exit polls are also influenced by the demographics of the voters who conduct the exit polls.
After the 2004 election, the National Election Pool completed a study investigating why the exit polls that year showed John Kerry over performing 5.5 net points better than the actual results showed him to have done. Their conclusion was that the primary reason the exit polls was that Kerry voters and Democrats were more likely to participate in the exit polls.
“Our investigation of the differences between the exit poll estimates and the actual vote count point to one primary reason: in a number of precincts a higher than average Within Precinct Error most likely due to Kerry voters participating in the exit polls at a higher rate than Bush voters. There has been partisan overstatements in previous elections, more often overstating the Democrat, but occasionally overstating the Republican.
We believe that this will hold true this year. The recent Fox News survey showed that 46% of Obama voters said they were very likely to participate in the exit polls, while just 35% of McCain supporters are.
In fact, even the 2004 exit poll report noted that higher turnout nationally and higher levels of voter interest in both 1992 and 2004 correlated with greater Within Precinct Error.
The overstating of the Democratic vote did not only occur in the national exit polls, but also occurred in the state exit polls. The 2004 exit poll report cited that the Kerry vote was overstated by more than one standard error in 26 states, while the Bush vote was overstated in just four states. So we should also expect the individual state exit polls on Tuesday to be more Democratic as well.
So given that turnout is expected to be even higher than 2004 and that Democrats are more likely to participate in the exit polls, this means we should expect greater fluctuation and variation in the exit polls from the actual election results.
The 2004 exit poll report also showed that the greatest error in the exit poll came in precincts where the interviewer was younger. The completion rates were lower and the refusal rates and Within Precinct Error was higher when the interviewers were under the age of 35.[6] Complicating this is that nearly half the interviewers were under the age of 35, including 35% who were 18-24 and another 15% were 25-34.
Conclusions
Based on the previous exit poll results, we should expect once again that Tuesday’s exit poll data could overstate the Obama vote and under represent the McCain vote.
It is important that the campaign make sure the media realizes this, so that when the exit polls do leak, people do not overreact to the early exit poll data. Rather than looking at the exit polls, we should wait until we start seeing actual election results from key precincts and counties to gauge who won the election.

Which country went to the moon first? Which country liberated Europe? Which country created most of the technology we use today? Which country sends it’s sons and daughters off to the four corners of the world to help democracy thrive? Which country called for an end to the Cold War? Which country has led for the world for decades? Will this country exist if The Socialist/Fascist Obamanation obtains the White House, The Congress and The Courts?
