Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona is currently fielding five federal lawsuits against SB1070 in two of which she is also named. Her AG, refuses to represent her, and she is now retaining private council to fight the globalists who are absolutely beside themselves that somebody is enforcing federal immigration law. PHOENIX – With pollsters finding most Arizona voters back SB 1070, Gov. Jan Brewer is offering those folks a chance to let their wallets speak for them.
The new immigration enforcement law is under siege, facing at least five federal lawsuits. So Brewer has started a legal defense fund to pay a private lawyer, given what her spokesman described as Attorney General Terry Goddard’s half-hearted commitment to defend the bill and his refusal to defend Brewer, who is named in the lawsuits, at all.
At what point is the District of Criminals going to understand that illegal aliens that do not have enough respect for our laws may not be a good choice for immigrants?
EDMONDS, Wash. – The man accused of raping a woman behind an Edmonds grocery store has been deported at least four times in the past 15 years, reports KIRO Radio.
Edmonds Police say 46-year-old Jose Madrigal has 35 different aliases.
On Sunday night, an officer responding to a woman’s cry for help found Madrigal on top of the woman and arrested him.
According to court documents, the woman told police that Madrigal had followed her and offered her $35 for sex, but she said no. She said Madrigal then forced her into the bushes on the north side of the store and raped her.
Documents say Madrigal told police “Sometimes we have control in our brains, but we make mistakes.”
The 28-year-old Edmonds woman was treated at a hospital.
Snohomish County prosecutors have charged Madrigal in district court with second degree rape. He is also is being held for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
At what point do we stop “deporting” these criminals and allowing them to break into our ‘house’ again and perpetrate more crimes against Americans? Don’t get me wrong, there wouldn’t be any jail time either.
I’m sure TPTB are going to attempt to keep this case on the downlow so as not to add any more fuel to the argument that the federal government is not doing it’s main job of securing the borders and protecting Americans. You may want to send this story far and wide.

EDMONDS, Wash. – The KING 5 Investigators have learned that an illegal immigrant accused of raping a woman in Edmonds Sunday has been deported nine times. That’s much more than previously reported.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement won’t comment on the case of Jose Lopez Madrigal. But KING 5 got the information through confidential sources and documents.
Larry Klein was the man who heard the alleged victim’s cries for help. Police say the suspect pulled the woman off the street to a dumpster and raped her.
“I could see the back of his head. I could see his pants were down. I could see her lying on the ground. I could hear her crying, but I couldn’t really see her face,” said Klein.
Klein called police, who quickly arrested the suspect. But learning his identity took much longer because of some 30 aliases. It was only through fingerprints that they identified him as Madrigal, a Mexican citizen.
Madrigal’s arrest and immigration record includes a staggering number of contacts with law enforcement since 1989. That’s the year he was convicted of theft using a firearm in California.
He was deported a couple of times after that. Then in 1999, he was arrested for drug sales in both San Diego and San Francisco. Records show that he was deported three times that year between April and August.
He was arrested for drugs again in Stockton, Calif. in 2000. In 2002, he pleaded to third degree sexual assault in Denver. Later that year, he was deported again. And in 2003, records show he was deported three more times.
People who live near the scene of Sunday’s alleged rape wonder how it could keep happening.
“Makes you wonder, what are we doing wrong? How is he getting back in here?” said Kirby Aumick.
“It’s troubling. I mean, if this man should not have been in this country, he should have been behind bars then, really, this is a senseless tragedy,” said Klein.
According to our sources, Madrigal’s last contact before Sunday was around 2003. So, it’s not clear how much of that time Madrigal was in this country.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has refused to comment on the case which started making national headlines when it was learned that Madrigal had been deported several times prior to the Edmonds case.
In reviewing records and talking with confidential sources, the KING 5 Investigators learned just how extensive Madrigal’s immigration and arrest record is.
They found he was first deported in California in 1989 and since then he’s returned from his Mexican homeland and been arrested for drug crimes, a sex assault in Colorado and other offenses.
One criminal justice source says Madrigal is a “poster boy” for the federal governments ineffectiveness at keeping the most serious “criminal aliens” – illegals who commit crimes – out of the United States.
Congressman Tom McClintock (R-CA) gave an eloquent and astute response to Pres. Calderon’s rude interference in a sovereign nation’s domestic issues while speaking to a joint session of Congress.

President Calderon gave a speech to a joint session of Congress this morning in which he slammed Arizona’s new immigration law. As expected, half of the room gaving him a standing ovation while the other half sat stone faced.

WASHINGTON — Mexican President Felipe Calderon on Thursday strongly denounced Arizona’s new law clamping down on illegal immigrants and urged members of Congress to pass “comprehensive immigration reform.”
“I’m convinced comprehensive immigration reform is crucial to securing our border,” Calderon said in the first address to Congress by a foreign national leader this year. “But I strongly disagree with the recently adopted law in Arizona.”
“It’s a law that not only ignores reality, but also introduces racial profiling as a basis for law enforcement,” he said.
Globalist and border erasing Nancy Pelosi is at it again. She wants comprehensive immigration reform that includes ‘respect for the contributions newcomers bring to us’. (CNSNews.com) — Speaking at the Asian-American and Pacific Islanders Summit held at the Capitol on Wednesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called for amnesty for illegal aliens in the United States, a proposal she called a “path to legalization.”
“Hopefully, we will be moving toward comprehensive immigration reform that secures our borders, enforces our laws, protects our workers, honors family unification and has a path to legalization–so that we have certainty in our country and respect for the contributions that newcomers bring to us,” she said on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
I can honestly say that my greek orthodox and catholic grandparents that entered this country legally would be kicking Nancy’s A** all over the neighborhood for attempting to use christians’ belief systems against them when it comes to illegal aliens and amnesty. What about lying, cheating, and stealing? How about that ‘rule of law’ that says crossing the border illegally is a criminal act? I am so over people that want their cake and the opportunity to eat it too.
(CNSNews.com) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said she has told Catholic cardinals, archbishops and bishops that she wants them to speak from the pulpit for immigration reform and tell Catholics who oppose it that reform “is a manifestation of our living the gospels.”
In her comments at the Catholic Community Conference on Capitol Hill on May 6, Pelosi specifically referenced illegal immigrants in America, saying as a practical matter, “we can’t say to people, 12 million of you, ‘go back to wherever you came from or go to jail.’”
“I would hope that there’s one thing that we can do working together as we go forward that speaks to what the Bible tells us about the dignity and worth of every person — and that is on the subject of immigration,” Pelosi said in her remarks. “Because I think the Church is going to have to play a very major role in how we, in how people are treated.”
“The cardinals, the archbishops, the bishops that come to me and say, ‘We want you to pass immigration reform,’” disclosed Pelosi. “And I say, ‘But I want you to speak about it from the pulpit.’
“I want you to instruct your, whatever the communication is — the people, some of them, oppose immigration reform are sitting in those pews and you have to tell them that this is a ‘manifestation of our living the gospels,’” said Pelosi. “Our patron saint of San Francisco, St. Francis of Assisi, he said, ‘preach the gospel –sometimes use words.’ We need the words to be said because it isn’t being picked up automatically.”
Pelosi, a Catholic and a Trinity College alumnus, said the estimated 12 million people currently living in America illegally cannot be told by society to go back to where they came from or “go to jail.”
“We have to respect that dignity and worth (of the individual), and recognize that the Church has an important role to play in that,” she said. “We don’t — as a practical matter, we can’t say to people, 12 million of you, ‘go back to wherever you came from or go to jail.’”
“We can’t do that,” she said. “But the newcomers to America are really, again, important to the constant re-invigoration of America, which is part of who we are and have always been unless we’re all Native American — God Bless them. But most of the people here came from someplace else.”
