HR 3962 Is Passed; 219 Democrats & 1 Republican Shred The Constitution (UPDATED With Roll Call Vote)

219 Democrats and 1 Republicans have just committed treason by voting for Pelosicare and breaking their oath to the limited government put forward by our Constitution.  The bill passed 220-215.  The one republican is Joseph Cao (LA-2) as reported by C-Span.  P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C.

I will add the full list of traitors when it becomes available – See Below.

2010 is going to be very interesting.

From yesterday’s Glenn Beck with Judge Napolitano:

Rep. Clyburn stating that most of what they do in congress is unconstitutional — and it doesn’t matter.

Here is a very telling quote from a radio program the judge did last week with Rep. Clyburn over healthcare.

Judge: Where in the Constitution is the federal government charged with maintaining peoples’ health?

Rep. Clyburn: Well, it’s not in the Constitution. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the Federal Government has got anything to do with most of the stuff we do.

So confident that they just don’t have to lie to our faces anymore….
