An Open Message to The NSA
Basic, I say basic, history of spying on Americans:
A history of NSA wiretapping, Prism, Edward Snowden, William Binney and Thomas Drake:
Remember the big flap about firstname.lastname@example.org back in August, 2009? That same ridicule applies to the current surveillance state. Let them know that we know and that we are going to continue doing what we are doing because our rights come from God, not the Constitution, not the Declaration of Independence, not the Bill of Rights and certainly, NOT FROM THIS TOTALITARIAN GOVERNMENT.
Alex covers DHS’ new pat-down rules for football games, the international bankers and the economic collapse happening all around us, and the polls that conclude that the American people just don’t believe the government anymore about almost everything. Alex also interviews Dr. Sherri Tenpenny about forced innoculation of vaccines, the negative side effects of vaccines, and especially the H1N1 flu vaccine. (more…)
The posters have been created. Now go out and put them on every legal surface. Make the public ask questions. Go for a Victory walk. Spread the V!
Alex Jones invites you to produce videos defending our natural rights against the onslaughts of the New World Order. Others may be viewed on Alex’s Facebook page.
Video must be uploaded to You Tube and the URL sent to email@example.com by February 28th 2011. Video must address the Police State and the disappearance of our liberties. “INFOWARS.COM” must be included in the title/credits of each submission.
Big Brother telescreens at more than 9,000 locations. Naked body porno radiation scanners. PSA propaganda cranked out by the DHS spreading paranoia and the insidious proliferation of a high-tech Stasi state. Militarized police teams armed to the teeth patrolling subway platforms and bus stations as goons in latex gloves rummage through backpacks and briefcases without probable cause and in total disregard for the Fourth Amendment and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
It’s all about fighting back against the psychological warfare we are now being subjected to by our new would-be slavemasters. Use the V for Victory flyers we have provided to let Big Sis know that we are not her slaves. Use them on banner hangs or as stand alone flyers, post them on message boards or any places where announcements are made in your local community. Anywhere that’s legal and lawful, we want to see the V for victory proudly displayed as a symbolic message of resistance and defiance.
It’s good to bitchslap Janet Napolitano and the Obama administration from time to time. Now it’s time to call Boehner, Cantor and McCarthy!
The march against the ever-growing federal government continues as democrats and eight House republican freshmen (of a total of 26 republicans) voted against extending the Patriot Act. Halle-freakin-lujah!!!!
Want to find common ground with your fellow Americans? Here is an issue that both left and right can agree on; the government being able to warrantlessly tap phones, secretly rifle through bank accounts and safety deposit boxes, hold people indefinitely without charging them, etc., etc., etc., is NOT the American way. Does anybody actually think that Janet Napolitano, the DHS and TSA really have our best interests at heart?
House Republicans Tuesday night got a harsh introduction to the majority, as more than two dozen rank-and-file GOP lawmakers voted against reauthorizing the Patriot Act.
There was no sign that the leadership saw the setbacks coming. The Patriot Act was moved to the floor under suspension of the rules — a provision that requires two-thirds majority (290 votes) to pass and is often used for noncontroversial legislation. After holding the vote open well past the 15-minute window, it failed 277 to 148 with five Republicans and four Democrats not voting.
Republican leaders will bring the bill back to the floor under a rule, where it will almost certainly secure the 218-vote threshold.
Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) office had no comment on the trade bill or Patriot Act failure. He did not vote, which is somewhat of a tradition for the speaker. Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) and McCarthy voted for the Patriot Act extension.
The Patriot Act has long been a contentious issue on Capitol Hill. It was passed shortly after Sept. 11 to give the government expanded surveillance powers, while breaking down barriers between the CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies.
But many — ranging from liberals like Rep. Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), to libertarians like Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) — have long expressed concerns over the sweeping breadth of the legislation. Kucinich called Tuesday’s vote a “significant defeat,” adding that it will “fuel opposition” to the measure nationwide.
Indeed, many members were concerned about Patriot Act provisions that would allow the government to access medical and business records, GOP sources said.
And a handful of the no-votes were freshmen who felt completely uninformed by their leadership. Rep. Todd Rokita (R-Ind.), who voted for the bill, said he “didn’t know anything about (the vote) until today.”
Twenty-six Republicans voted against the Patriot Act extension, but only eight were freshmen — Reps. Justin Amash (Mich.), Mike Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Chris Gibson (N.Y.), Randy Hultgren (Ill.), Raul Labrador (Idaho), Bobby Schilling (Ill.), Dave Schweikert (Ariz.) and Rob Woodall (Ga.).
Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) voted against the extension, while his wife, Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R-Calif.), voted for it.
Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Reps. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), Steve Israel (N.Y.) and Henry Cuellar (Texas) all voted for the bill. Committee leaders including Reps. Norm Dicks (D-Wash.), Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) and Adam Smith (D-Wash.) also voted for the bill. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Judiciary Committee Ranking Democrat John Conyers (Mich.) voted against extending the bill.
Altogether, 122 Democrats voted no, and 67 voted yes. Republican votes to back the bill numbered 210.
Here she is, our favorite SS wanna-be, Big Sis, brainwashing the moos into doing the government’s bidding while hurting the poorest among us and building China’s fiscal reserves.
Janet Napolitano and the Wal-Mart ‘Public Service’ Announcement
It’s that time folks; the time when we, as Americans, finally tell Wal-Mart to go **** themselves, to take DHS with them, and to stop building other countries’ economies by speaking to their bottom line. Television screens blasting DHS’s Orwellian propaganda at the checkouts has GOT TO BE the final straw added to the rest of Wal-mart’s sins.
America, unfortunately, is still defined by its consumerism . . . and the average American is still defined by their lack of discernment in what they purchase. Nothing represents the American consumer so well as the mega-corporation Wal-Mart. It is here, then, that the average American can display their power. If you don’t care about slave labor in far-off lands working ’till they drop so that you can buy clothes and electronics at pennies on the real value; if you don’t care about Wal-Mart’s discrimination against women; if you don’t care about slave wages and healthcare waivers, then at least care about the foundation of freedom itself.
I know many people have read ‘Janet Napolitano Enlists Wal-Mart To Watch You‘ with the entire DHS press release asking us to ‘report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.” It is Brazil, 1984, and 1939 Nazi Germany all rolled into one blase package for unsuspecting moos. The establishment has had ten years to condition the public into believing that an attack on American soil is a daily threat so that the moos will just go along with anything including tattle-tail propaganda messages in the biggest retailer in the country.
After the porno-scanners and sexual assaults by TSA, this new invasion into our lives is completely unwarranted and yet, we still have a choice to BOYCOTT Wal-Mart; letting them know that if they play ball with DHS, we won’t spend what little money we have left in their box stores. I know that during this economic depression, (DO NOT let them brainwash you into believing otherwise), Wal-Mart’s low prices achieved through slave labor are very appealing. In the small town in which I live, Wal-Mart is one of only three stores where one can purchase basic items, and they have the lowest prices by a longshot. I always felt like I needed to take a shower after every outing to the big box store, but now after their false advertising during Black Friday weekend, their senior citizen ‘gestapo’ at the door checking every bag like we are all criminals, and Americans as a whole making China filthy rich, I finally had to say “we’ll suffer through” and go without basic necessities until I can afford to purchase them elsewhere.
It’s time to start the boycottsof any and all retailers that are not acting in the best interest of this country, starting with Wal-Mart and the big banks. If you still have bank accounts or credit cards with the big boys, why not make the change now to a local community bank or credit union?
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty. – Ben Franklin
When the Secretary of DHS furthers the development of the tattle-tail program, (with our money, of course), in order to “report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.””, one knows that the continued existence of ‘the state‘ is of the utmost importance and you frakkin’ moos can just go somewhere and die (preferably quickly and cheaply).
Welcome to 1939 Nazi Germany 2.0, with the added twist of America always going the extra mile with style on any project (though Janet has none personally).

BIG SIS INVADES WAL-MART: ‘IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING’
WASHINGTON — Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano today announced the expansion of the Department’s national “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country—launching a new partnership between DHS and Walmart to help the American public play an active role in ensuring the safety and security of our nation.
“Homeland security starts with hometown security, and each of us plays a critical role in keeping our country and communities safe,” said Secretary Napolitano. “I applaud Walmart for joining the ‘If You See Something, Say Something’ campaign. This partnership will help millions of shoppers across the nation identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.”
The “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign—originally implemented by New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and funded, in part, by $13 million from DHS’ Transit Security Grant Program—is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees to identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.
More than 230 Walmart stores nationwide launched the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign today, with a total of 588 Walmart stores in 27 states joining in the coming weeks. A short video message, available here, will play at select checkout locations to remind shoppers to contact local law enforcement to report suspicious activity.
Over the past five months, DHS has worked with its federal, state, local and private sector partners, as well as the Department of Justice, to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign and Nationwide SAR Initiative to communities throughout the country—including the recent state-wide expansions of the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign across Minnesota and New Jersey. Partners include the Mall of America, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Amtrak, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, sports and general aviation industries, and state and local fusion centers across the country.
In the coming months, the Department will continue to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign nationally with public education materials and outreach tools designed to help America’s businesses, communities and citizens remain vigilant and play an active role in keeping the county safe.
My family started boycotting Wal-Mart two weeks ago (that’s another story), but this is definitely the last straw. Americans needs to send a message to companies that rollover for the fascists in our federal government and peacefully withdraw monetary compensation. This includes the big banks, big IT like Google and Facebook, and corporate monsters like Wal-Mart. Americans acting in unison can force companies and even the federal government to ‘straighten up and fly right’. Starving the beasts is the only way to turn this ship of state away from the icebergs.
The Judge interviews both ‘Pauls’, Dr. Ron and Rand in Part 1, Arianna Huffington is in Part 2, Pennsylvania division of DHS tracking and investigating a peaceful activist (Scott Davis of PA Revolution) and Bob Barr is in Part 3, TSA and the new fascist, full body scanners are in Part 4.
Concord, NH – Yesterday, I collected this video of John Irish speaking with George4Title (YouTuber) about how his newborn baby was taken from him and his fiancee moments after the child’s birth by The Division of Family Child Services because of Mr. Irish’s affiliation with OathKeepers. I immediately sent an email to the Oathkeepers asking for confirmation. Today we have that confirmation. It’s real. How’s this for a ‘chilling effect‘ on parents’ free speech? We no longer just break down your door, scare your children and shoot your little doggies; step outta line and we take your kids…
UPDATE : 10/07/2010 10.53PM PST — We have confirmed that the affidavit in support of the order to take the child from her parents states ,along with a long list of other assertions against both parents, that “The Division became aware and confirmed that Mr. Irish associated with a militia known as the Oath Keepers.” Yes, there are other, very serious allegations. Out of respect for the privacy of the parents, we will not publish the affidavit. We will leave that to Mr. Irish. But please do remember that allegations do not equal facts — they are merely allegations (and in my experience as a criminal defense lawyer in small town Montana I saw many allegations that proved to be false).
But an even more fundamental point is that regardless of the other allegations, it is utterly unconstitutional for government agencies to list Mr. Irish’s association with Oath Keepers in an affidavit in support of a child abuse order to remove his daughter from his custody. Talk about chilling speech! If this is allowed to continue, it will chill the speech of not just Mr. Irish, but all Oath Keepers and it will serve as the camel under the tent for other associations being considered too risky for parents to dare. Thus, it serves to chill the speech of all of us, in any group we belong to that “officials” may not approve of. Don’t you dare associate with such and such group, or you could be on “the list” and then child protective services might come take your kids.
If I hear one more ‘conservative’ talking head state that Bush 43 kept us safe after 9.11, or that 19 hijackers took down the twin towers all by themselves, I think I will absolutely lose my mind from the lowing of the moos in the field.
No 9.11; no Patriot Act with accompanying anthrax scare; no Department of Homeland Security to create a mirror database of personal information and then take an exemption from the 1974 Privacy Act. Who needs a national ID card when DHS has the mirror database, The Fed has all your financial records, and Obamacare has everything else including your bank account information to draw funds electronically for medical care?
Now, given that DHS hasn’t secured the border, people who read the Constitution have been labeled as possible domestic terrorists, and the FBI considers the ‘sovereign’ movement to be domestic terrorists, do we watchdogs of the republic still look insane or are you feeling us yet?

“It’s a perverse use of eminent domain,” says Brian Rainville. “There is no public good here.”
He stood on a green field, filled with alfalfa and grass, on the gentle rolling hills of his family’s Franklin, Vermont farm… just steps from the Canadian border. He says the barn dates back to 1800, and the land is on the national registry of historic places. But Brian’s family, who have been dairy farmers here since 1946, may not have the land much longer. The United States Government says it needs 4.9 acres of the family’s property to help protect national security.
The Rainville farm sits on the Morses Line border crossing, a sparsely used two lane blacktop with an aging Customs and Border Protection building that the Department of Homeland Security wants to modernize and expand. The agency plans to use stimulus funds to build a new $8 million dollar, multi-lane complex, and says it needs the nearly five acres of the Rainville’s farmland to complete it.
The Rainvilles say the project will put their farm out of business. With the farm losing money, every inch of land is needed, especially the land they use to grow hay to support their cows for the production of milk.
“We are in a good fight here,” says Brian, “This has been a good living for three generations. We are only the third family in 200 years to own the property, and the thought that our own government is going to destroy us! This has been our American dream for a century, it can’t end that way,” he says sadly.
