Obama intentionally did not mention gun control in his State of the Union, but aides say that in the next two weeks the administration will unveil a campaign to get Congress to toughen existing laws.
On July 17th, 2009, I wrote a message to our congress with the pertinent portion being this:
DID YOU REALLY THINK WE WERE GOING TO ALLOW YOU TO DESTROY OUR CONSTITUTION AND COUNTRY?
Did you really think we were going to allow you to DESTROY our economy, our small businesses, and our wealth so that you could become yet even richer while demoralizing us so that we would accept being part of the “global government”? Did you think that upwards of 3 dozen czars and counting would go by UNNOTICED because we are still watching our flat screens and shopping at Target? Did you think we were going to allow you to bankrupt this country with Obama DeathCare and Cap and TAX? Did you think we were going to allow The Fed to continue to create bubbles and then pop them so that their shareholders could continue to feed at the trough of OUR WEALTH? Did you think we were going to continue to allow you to send Trillions of our hard earned money to foreign countries?
Did you really think all of that was going to happen without so much as a whimper?
ARE YOU CRAZY?

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation announces the following full committee hearing on Transportation Security Administration oversight.
(Any minute now there will be a ban on video cameras everywhere the Gestapo operates….)
When John Tyner refused the full body scan, he was informed by a TSA gestapo agent that during his full body pat down his groin area was going to be checked which prompted his statement, “if you touch my junk, I’ll have you arrested”.
Mr. Tyner does not plan to fly anymore and believes that more people are taking the same route that he is by traveling by car, bus or train. It also appears that Mr. Tyner was just trying to leave the airport and was not traveling that day.
There were a few people standing around the ticketing area as I tried to leave. Those men told me that I had to go back into the screening area to finish the screening, and I refused. I told them, I’ve already…I don’t have a ticket, I’m not going to be flying today, I’m trying to leave the airport, and I’m not going to be screened as a condition of going on my way and leaving.

It appears that TSA is going to fine Mr. Tyner $10,000 for not submitting to their screening. Here’s the full story from PeoplesVoice.org:
At the San Diego International Airport yesterday, about one-fifth of the travelers were selected for sexual assault by transportation security agents. Though TSA’s website did not list SAN as one of the airports employing the carcinogenic naked scan or a full body rub down, one man was told his refusal to submit would result in a civil law suit and a $10,000 fine. Under 49 CFR Sec.s 1540.105 and 1540.107, as summarized in these 2004 TSA Sanction Guidelines, apparently TSA has Congressional support to fine people for refusing to submit to molestation.
John Tyner posted his video of the incident and described in detail the experience. At about 3:50 into the first video, Tyner tells TSA agents:
“If you touch my junk, I’m gonna have you arrested.”
“Upon buying your ticket, you gave up a lot of your rights,” said one TSA agent (~8:34).
“The government took them away after 9/11,” he countered.
His father-in-law tried to convince the agents to allow him to be screened by the metal detector since he has an aversion to the x-ray machine and to having his genitals touched by strangers.
“We have our procedures, Sir.”
Agents then filled out a report of the incident, taking down his name and other details. (Second video)
Transportation Security Manager David Silva told agents to have Tyner escorted from the airport. But after his ticket was refunded, he was again detained by security personnel who continued to question him.
In the third video, Tyner’s camera caught the agents on film as they huddled some distance off from him. Here’s where Orwell rises from the dead. In the third video, we see one of the suits using doublespeak:
“For your benefit, can I get a contact number?”
“For my benefit?”
“Yes, Sir.”
“I think we’re done.”
“Actually, Sir …”
“My benefit has been achieved.”
“No, Sir, I’m trying – I’m trying to get you, give you some mitigating factors, in your – in your favor. Cooperation is one of those mitigating factors.”
“I’m sorry, what mitigating, mitigating what?”
“Remember the, remember the civil penalties I told you you could be subject to for failing to …”
“So are you going to subject him and this officer and the four TSA members who escorted me out to those same penalties?”
“No, Sir, I’m not.”
“They directed me to break the law and they escorted me out and told me my only choice was to leave the airport.”
“Tyner? Was that the name?”
“I think you’ve got a record of it back there. All my pertinent information is on the record you took.”
“I’m just trying to get the right to call you by your name. That’s what –”
“My name is John.”
Tyner then demands to leave while the suit continues to seek his cooperation.
“To what end?” John asked.
“To the end, to the end, to the end that it will look better for you when we bring the case against you that we’re going to bring, okay, if you cooperate.”
“You bring that case,” Tyner said, then walking out of the airport.
“If a personal search is required you may choose to remain in the public area or go to a private area for your screening. If you refuse either option you will not be able to fly.”
It does not tell them they will be fined $10,000 for refusing both options.

Nothing surprises me anymore; nothing. I had to stop writing the ‘Are You Freakin’ Kidding Me?‘ articles because the depth and breadth of the under-the-radar fascist takeover of America is almost complete. A very large number of Americans are awake, and events like this are no longer shocking because the moos are aware. We know Obamacare is meant to cripple American taxpayers by making current revenue streams to the government even larger through the IRS and the new taxes being levied. We know that Obamacare is a population control mechanism, and we know that police raiding a private co-op over raw milk has a beginning; H.R. 2749, Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009, passed by the House on July 30, 2009. It appears that H.R. 759: Food and Drug Administration Globalization Act of 2009 had a bit too out-in-the-open name so Rep. John Dingell (D-MI) came up with something new.
The end will be S. 510, FDA Food Safety Modernization Act which is currently sitting in the House Subcommittee for Homeland Security (gotta love that!) with a price tag of $825 BILLION for fiscal year 2010. I have been watching this bill since I became aware of it last fall, and, from all reports, it will effect every single home gardener in America (if we allow it). Do I hear a chorus of moos?

I left a comment yesterday on Snark’s site about Paypal pissing off the wrong people at the right time. Considering the network of bloggers and the speed with which information is now passed, is not the Internet a wonderful thing for pointing out the hypocrisy we are subjected to every single day…and then doing something about it?
TODAY, PayPal has plead a misunderstanding in the case of canceling Atlas Shrugs accounts. Pam is sticking with GPal (GunPal) and the Monster is switching over too.
As many of you know, on Friday of last week, my paypal account was “restricted.” After a recent review of my account they said, “it has been determined” that I was “currently in violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy. Under the Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or receive payments for items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance or the financial exploitation of a crime.”
Huh?
I posted it over the weekend and received over a thousand letters of support, hundreds of ccs of paypal account cancellations…….. the people spoke. Love that.
And so today, about an hour ago, a very pleasant and rather deliberately clueless executive called me from paypal to say it was all a big misunderstanding and Atlas would be reinstated (and the subsequent restriction of SIOA and FDI removed also).

I’m sure many of my regular readers already know about PayPal shutting down Atlas Shrugs account (and her associated accounts) for breach of their ‘acceptable use policy’, but the newbies may not know about the fantastic work that Pamela Geller and Atlas Shrugs does to further the education of sleepy Americans about the stealth jihad happening in our nation. If any of my readers know of an acceptable payment service that doesn’t use coercion to nudge bloggers into their way of thinking, PLEASE let me know.
The little money that Atlas generates (I have no large donors) is about to be cut off. Apparently the jihad is hard at work trying to kill free speech (and the bus ads and the 9111 no mosque movement) from making its way to those in pursuit of truth. Paypal contributions helps pays for bus ads, rallies, live coverage (everything) and I so much as said so when asked repeatedly by the press who paid for the bus ads. Readers do and did.
Paypal is calling Atlas a “hate” site and will close my account if I do not remove the paypal option from my website. Accurate reporting and news is hate.
