I personally became aware of the current ‘Police State’ in our country back in December, 1999 during the WTO Conference in Seattle. At that time, I was 9 months pregnant and still working in downtown Seattle. On two separate occasions (in a 4 day period) during that conference, the Seattle Police Department tried to teargas me even though I was not near any protestors; I just happened to be waddling (I was HUGE) down the sidewalk on a main street on my way to the bus stop to return home. After the second time, my employer asked me not to return to work until after the conference was over because they feared for my life and my baby’s life (and not from the protestors, but from the police).
I know my readers are old enough to remember what a police officer on the beat looked like when we were growing up, what they look like now, and how they treated the average American citizen, then and now.
They start a pandemic as an excuse; an excuse to put away anybody who gets in the way of their powergrab. The feds would trigger a nationwide outbreak of deadly disease, the bodies would pile up, the military would pile in, and the concentration camp gates would open. – Conspiracy Theory, Part 3, 13:15.
As almost a side note during the course of his radio program a few days ago, Alex Jones mentioned that TruTV was being pressured by elements inside the government not to re-air the November 12th episode of Jesse Ventura’s ‘Conspiracy Theory – Police State’. I usually pay close attention when the cockroaches start scrambling and this particular situation is no different. I went and found the program (in four parts), have downloaded it in case of scrubbing, found and listed the relevant links (including H.R. 645) pertinent to the program, and have included some rather disturbing photos for my readers, including Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones standing next to one of the columns of plastic coffins found in Madison, Georgia (outside of Atlanta where the CDC is located and which were subsequently moved after their visit). Yes, I have seen the images of FEMA Camps, coffins, train cars, etc., and have always wondered how much photoshop has been involved. It is extremely hard to argue with images when Jesse and Alex are in them. After watching this program, I believe any doubts you may have had about the government going completely sideways will be forever blown to bits.
In brief, this program covers the 72 ‘Fusion Centers’ (not run or managed by the federal government) – intelligence gathering, and command and control centers scattered across the country, different executive orders signed by different presidents that have taken away our liberties over the decades, Obama’s EO establishing the Council of Governors (hit the link for the post from January 12th, 2010 covering this EO), how the CoG’s 10 sectors almost perfectly overlap FEMA’s 10 regions, locked ‘residential centers’ with barbed wire turned in and children’s jungle-gyms that are being run by DHS and ICE, and the $385 million contract that Halliburton received to build concentration camps.
If this chick is on a watchlist, can you imagine where the Monster lands? I say bring it, as do millions of other Americans who have personally defined where their ‘line in the sand’ happens to be. We ain’t stepping onto frakkin’ railcars or into buses for anybody, and after watching this episode confirming what I just did not want to believe was true (even though I frakkin’ know better), you are going to have to made a decision where you stand on protecting your family AND our sheeple neighbors.
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty. – Ben Franklin
When the Secretary of DHS furthers the development of the tattle-tail program, (with our money, of course), in order to “report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.””, one knows that the continued existence of ‘the state‘ is of the utmost importance and you frakkin’ moos can just go somewhere and die (preferably quickly and cheaply).
Welcome to 1939 Nazi Germany 2.0, with the added twist of America always going the extra mile with style on any project (though Janet has none personally).

BIG SIS INVADES WAL-MART: ‘IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING’
WASHINGTON — Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano today announced the expansion of the Department’s national “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country—launching a new partnership between DHS and Walmart to help the American public play an active role in ensuring the safety and security of our nation.
“Homeland security starts with hometown security, and each of us plays a critical role in keeping our country and communities safe,” said Secretary Napolitano. “I applaud Walmart for joining the ‘If You See Something, Say Something’ campaign. This partnership will help millions of shoppers across the nation identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.”
The “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign—originally implemented by New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and funded, in part, by $13 million from DHS’ Transit Security Grant Program—is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees to identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.
More than 230 Walmart stores nationwide launched the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign today, with a total of 588 Walmart stores in 27 states joining in the coming weeks. A short video message, available here, will play at select checkout locations to remind shoppers to contact local law enforcement to report suspicious activity.
Over the past five months, DHS has worked with its federal, state, local and private sector partners, as well as the Department of Justice, to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign and Nationwide SAR Initiative to communities throughout the country—including the recent state-wide expansions of the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign across Minnesota and New Jersey. Partners include the Mall of America, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Amtrak, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, sports and general aviation industries, and state and local fusion centers across the country.
In the coming months, the Department will continue to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign nationally with public education materials and outreach tools designed to help America’s businesses, communities and citizens remain vigilant and play an active role in keeping the county safe.
My family started boycotting Wal-Mart two weeks ago (that’s another story), but this is definitely the last straw. Americans needs to send a message to companies that rollover for the fascists in our federal government and peacefully withdraw monetary compensation. This includes the big banks, big IT like Google and Facebook, and corporate monsters like Wal-Mart. Americans acting in unison can force companies and even the federal government to ‘straighten up and fly right’. Starving the beasts is the only way to turn this ship of state away from the icebergs.
Aristocrat Jay Rockefeller is feeling the itch to have the FCC shut down Fox and MSNBC because they are hindering political discourse and trust in government. Ah, I see…this coming from the very same elitist snob that said, ‘would it have been better if we had never invented the internet?’ in regards to cyber attacks, and wishes to turn over the internet to the Executive Branch.
There are no words for a ‘public servant’ that would utter such nonsense in front of God and man in a country based on freedom of speech.
Given his thinking, we should probably only have the American version of Pravda for the corporate owned moos to consume. How very ‘Union of Soviet Socialist Republics’.
P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C. and Twisted.
We need new catalysts for quality news, and entertainment programming. I hunger for quality news. I’m tired of the right and the left. There’s a little bug inside of me that wants to get the FCC to say to Fox and MSNBC, “Out, Off, End, Goodbye”. It’d be a big favor to political discourse, our ability to do our work here in congress and to the American people to be able to talk and have some faith in their government and in their, more importantly, their future.
It appears that Jay believes that Fox and MSNBC (probably added for effect and balance) are interrupting political discourse and creating distrust of the government. I think that the Beltway and New York bank insiders are starting to believe their own propaganda machine about Fox. Sure, Fox News is center right, but I have yet to see a story on Fox that wasn’t backed up with facts. If anything, Fox is usually a day late to the party that has already been going on here on the internet. As for interfering with the Congress’ ability to get work done, just unplug the Capitol Switchboard and wait for us. We haven’t gone back to sleep and the internet is a very informative place. Think about all the stories that started here and then ended up on Fox and other news outlets; ‘Don’t Touch My Junk”, the above video, WND’s uncovering of the Revolutionary Communist Party’s new constitution, George Soros and Michael Chertoff financially involved with the full body porno scanners, etc.?
Jay, shut your treasonous mouth until such time as you can actually flip this country to a European socialist hive unit (and good luck with that).
The 24-hour news cycle has forced the media to embrace hype and rumor-mongering to the detriment of the public interest, according to Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va.).
Rockefeller used a Wednesday afternoon hearing on retransmission negotiations between broadcasters and cable providers to slam the media for “all but surrendering to the forces of entertainment.”
“Instead of a watchdog that is a check on the excesses of government and business, we have the endless barking of a 24-hour news cycle,” Rockefeller said in his prepared remarks. “We have journalism that is always ravenous for the next rumor, but insufficiently hungry for the facts that can nourish our democracy. As citizens, we are paying a price.”
The RedLemur wants to know if he slaps Rockefeller hard enough, will all his dead relatives feel it?
From World Net Daily:
Party calls for resistance to ‘capitalist-imperialist system’
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Revolutionary Communist Party USA has announced a “Constitution for the New Socialist Republic in North America,” and members say they are planning for a “revolution” against capitalism, with violence if necessary.
The “present capitalist-imperialist system” should be replaced with a “radically new economic system,” they say.
Carl Dix, a founding member and spokesman, believes that the federal government bailouts, under both George W. Bush and Barack Obama, are just one instance where they propped up what he calls the “capitalist class.” His party is “building a revolution” and under the proposed constitution all “natural resources [would] be collectively owned,” with the goal of a “classless, communist world,” he said.
“We have to move to a point where people can work in common for the common good and get back what they need to live a life worthy of human beings. … The competitiveness and the looking out for No. 1 that’s promoted in this society – that kind of thinking has to be broken,” he said after the “constitution” was announced this week.
The RCP, founded in 1975 with roots in the New Left of the 1960s and 1970s era, has active chapters in at least 15 population centers and publishes “Revolution,” a biweekly newspaper and website. RCP leaders believe “elections are not the arena where decisions are made about the future direction of the society” and do not participate.

The judge’s show today revolves around the sexual assault being perpetrated against Americans during TSA groping techniques including putting their hands down a person’s pants and between their underwear and skin (Radio talk show host Owen J.J. Stone). His guests include California DA Steve Wagstaffe who will have police arrest and will prosecute any TSA agent that is committing sexual assault on passengers in his county. The judge also interviews Rep. John Mica who is the original author of the TSA law who is now urging airports to use the provision in the law to opt-out of using the government agents, and Steve Bierfeldt, the Campaign4Liberty employee who has organized the next week’s (11.24.2010) ‘Opt-Out Day’ boycott of TSA.
Part 2, Owen J.J. Stone, and Steve Bierfeldt at 4:00 minute mark:
Ron Paul on 11.17.2010 on legislation that removes the immunity from government workers.
Listen up moos!
Our government and the airports (who can opt-out of using TSA) have put your safety in the hands of the bottom third of the class. I don’t fly anymore because I cannot trust people who can’t read, write, or do math in their heads to make sure that explosives haven’t boarded a plane. They are too busy terrorizing four years olds with teddy bears and leg braces.
Here is a recap from Brasscheck.tv of some of the TSA tactics that have happened in the last few years. Remember, the Nazis came to power because the german people allowed it. I think it’s time for the airlines and airports to opt-out of using TSA, and we, as Americans, have to think outside the box and not boycott the airlines which would give Chairman Zero and his czars yet another industry to absorb. We must persuade the airlines that it is in their best economic interest to fire TSA.
The Senate has voted for cloture to limit debate on S. 510 – FDA Food Safety Modernization Act. Roll call votes can be found here.
Please see related links below for more information on this bill ceding total and arbitrary control of the food supply to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the FDA while allowing Big Agra a massive boot in the door.
(H/T to Mike for the idea that is rapidly becoming very chic; defunding overblown federal entities.)
This morning I learned something else I did not know and will, no doubt, require us to go back in time and read certain key legislation. Happy, happy, joy, joy.
According to the Washington Examiner, Rep. Mica who was an author of the original 2001 TSA bill has written letters to 150 airport heads requesting that they use a provision in the law that allows them to OPT-OUT of using TSA as their screeners.
I suppose we could allow the feds to ‘nudge’ us into collapsing the airlines by boycotting the TSA porno smorgasbord and letting Chairman Zero and his czars step in and nationalize the airlines, or we could push the airlines to do the job themselves, and push the new GOP controlled House to stop funding the airport gestapo. What say you?

Did you know that the nation’s airports are not required to have Transportation Security Administration screeners checking passengers at security checkpoints? The 2001 law creating the TSA gave airports the right to opt out of the TSA program in favor of private screeners after a two-year period. Now, with the TSA engulfed in controversy and hated by millions of weary and sometimes humiliated travelers, Rep. John Mica, the Republican who will soon be chairman of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, is reminding airports that they have a choice.
Mica, one of the authors of the original TSA bill, has recently written to the heads of more than 150 airports nationwide suggesting they opt out of TSA screening. “When the TSA was established, it was never envisioned that it would become a huge, unwieldy bureaucracy which was soon to grow to 67,000 employees,” Mica writes. “As TSA has grown larger, more impersonal, and administratively top-heavy, I believe it is important that airports across the country consider utilizing the opt-out provision provided by law.”
In addition to being large, impersonal, and top-heavy, what really worries critics is that the TSA has become dangerously ineffective. Its specialty is what those critics call “security theater” — that is, a show of what appear to be stringent security measures designed to make passengers feel more secure without providing real security. “That’s exactly what it is,” says Mica. “It’s a big Kabuki dance.”
Now, the dance has gotten completely out of hand. And like lots of fliers — I spoke to him as he waited for a flight at the Orlando airport — Mica sees TSA’s new “naked scanner” machines and groping, grossly invasive passenger pat-downs as just part of a larger problem. TSA, he says, is relying more on passenger humiliation than on practices that are proven staples of airport security.
