Quietly, over a period of many years, unconstitutional legislation encompassed in Bills C-51, C-6, and the current Bill C-36 have placed not only basic civil liberties and freedoms at risk, but Canada’s national sovereignty as well. The film shares how entangling alliances with groups like the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization, Codex Alimentarius, the United States and even multinational corporate interests have become so powerful that they literally threaten to make elected officials in Parliament irrelevant.
Clinton made it one of his goals as president to pass trade legislation that lowered the barriers to trade with other nations. He broke with many of his supporters, including labor unions, and those in his own party to support free-trade legislation.[48] Opponents argued that lowering tariffs and relaxing rules on imports would cost American jobs because people would buy cheaper products from other countries. Clinton countered that free trade would help America because it would allow the U.S. to boost its exports and grow the economy. Clinton also believed that free trade could help move foreign nations to economic and political reform.
The three-nation NAFTA was signed by Present George H. W. Bush during December 1992, pending its ratification by the legislatures of the three countries. Clinton did not alter the original agreement, but complemented it with the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation and the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation, making NAFTA the first “green” trade treaty and the first trade treaty concerned with each countries labor law, albeit with very weak sanctions.[49] NAFTA provided for gradually reduced tariffs and the creation of a free-trading bloc of North American countries–the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Opponents of NAFTA, led by Ross Perot, claimed it would force American companies to move their workforces to Mexico, where they could produce goods with cheaper labor and ship them back to the United States at lower prices. Clinton, however, argued that NAFTA would increase U.S. exports and create new jobs. He convinced many Democrats to join most Republicans in supporting trade agreement and in 1993 the Congress passed the treaty.[50]
Clinton also held meetings with leaders of Pacific Rim nations to discuss lowering trade barriers. In November 1993 he hosted a meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in Seattle, Washington, which was attended by the leaders of 12 Pacific Rim nations. In 1994, Clinton arranged an agreement in Indonesia with Pacific Rim nations to gradually remove trade barriers and open their markets.
Officials in the Clinton administration also participated in the final round of trade negotiations sponsored by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), an international trade organization. The negotiations had been ongoing since 1986. In a rare move, Clinton convened Congress to ratify the trade agreement in the winter of 1994, during which the treaty was approved. As part of the GATT agreement, a new international trade body, the World Trade Organization (WTO), replaced GATT in 1995. The new WTO had stronger authority to enforce trade agreements and covered a wider range of trade than did GATT.
Clinton faced his first defeat on trade legislation during his second term. In November 1997, the Republican-controlled Congress delayed voting on a bill to restore a presidential trade authority that had expired in 1994. The bill would have given the president the authority to negotiate trade agreements which the Congress was not authorized to modify–known as “fast-track negotiating” because it streamlines the treaty process. Clinton was unable to generate sufficient support for the legislation, even among the Democratic Party.
Clinton faced yet another trade setback in December 1999, when the WTO met in Seattle for a new round of trade negotiations. Clinton hoped that new agreements on issues such as agriculture and intellectual property could be proposed at the meeting, but the talks fell through. Anti-WTO protesters in the streets of Seattle disrupted the meetings[51] and the international delegates attending the meetings were unable to compromise mainly because delegates from smaller, poorer countries resisted Clinton’s efforts to discuss labor and environmental standards.[52]
That same year, Clinton signed a landmark trade agreement with the People’s Republic of China. The agreement–the result of more than a decade of negotiations–would lower many trade barriers between the two countries, making it easier to export U.S. products such as automobiles, banking services, and motion pictures. However, the agreement could only take effect if China was accepted into the WTO and was granted permanent “normal trade relations” status by the U.S. Congress. Under the pact, the United States would support China’s membership in the WTO. Many Democrats as well as Republicans were reluctant to grant permanent status to China because they were concerned about human rights in the country and the impact of Chinese imports on U.S. industries and jobs. Congress, however, voted in 2000 to grant permanent normal trade relations with China. Several economic studies have since been released that indicate the increase in trade resulting lowered American prices and increased the U.S. GDP by 0.7 percent throughout the following decade.[53]
The Clinton administration negotiated a total of about 300 trade agreements with other countries.[54] Clinton’s last treasury secretary, Lawrence Summers, stated that the lowered tariffs that resulted from Clinton’s trade policies, which reduced prices to consumers and kept inflation low, were technically “the largest tax cut in the history of the world.”[55]
Larry forgot to tell you that between the trade agreements and the Community Reinvestment Act, they were going to collapse America as we knew it.

On July 3rd, Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen issued a new rule that does not allow the media or anyone with cameras to get closer than 65 feet to any response vessel or boom without permission from the Coast Guard Captain of the Port of New Orleans. Violation of the rule carries a $40,000 fine and A Class D Felony charge.

You have probably seen the video of the Seattle police officer punching the young woman for getting involved in her friend’s arrest for jaywalking. From what the spousal unit has told me, (as he knows this area of the Central District in Seattle very well), this is a main thoroughfare directly in front of Garfield High School. Why would a white cop even be making a solo attempt to cite jaywalkers on a massively busy thoroughfare in a predominantly black neighborhood unless he is either stupid, lazy, or trying to incite a race riot?
The Seattle Police Department is THE REASON I moved out of Washington state.

A new council has been formed which will be handing a report to Obama by July 1st, 2010 (some 16 days from now) to:
(a) describes the activities and efforts on prevention, health promotion, and public health and activities to develop the national strategy conducted by the Council during the period for which the report is prepared;
for this purpose:
(a) provide coordination and leadership at the Federal level, and among all executive departments and agencies, with respect to prevention, wellness, and health promotion practices, the public health system, and integrative health care in the United States;
and is meant to:
(c) contains a list of national priorities on health promotion and disease prevention to address lifestyle behavior modification(including smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, substance-use disorder, and domestic violence screenings) and the prevention measures for the five leading disease killers in the United States;
I find the inclusion of the Department of Homeland Security as part of a council on health issues to be very interesting. I also find the fact that the reports are to be submitted annually until January 1, 2015 to be very curious. What happens then?

ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL PREVENTION, HEALTH PROMOTION, AND PUBLIC HEALTH COUNCIL
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 4001 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Establishment. There is established within the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council (Council).
Sec. 2. Membership.
(a) The Surgeon General shall serve as the Chair of the Council, which shall be composed of:
(1) the Secretary of Agriculture; (2) the Secretary of Labor; (3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services; (4) the Secretary of Transportation; (5) the Secretary of Education; (6) the Secretary of Homeland Security; (7) the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency; (8) the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission; (9) the Director of National Drug Control Policy; (10) the Assistant to the President and Director of the Domestic Policy Council; (11) the Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Indian Affairs; (12) the Chairman of the Corporation for National and Community Service; and (13) the head of any other executive department or agency that the Chair may, from time to time, determine is appropriate.
Common sense dictates that if somebody falls in the water from your rafting service, you jump in and rescue that person. Taken from the viewpoint of a collectivist government that looks upon it’s citizens as property and revenue streams, doing something like that is punishable because a revenue stream is not permitted to make decisions that endanger it’s ability to keep pouring money into the federal coffers.
Sound farfetched?
Given the following story of a 13 year old girl falling out of a river raft and the guide’s successful rescue and then arrest because of said rescue, which scenario seems more likely? (Hint: wake up people…unsustainable debt…96% debt to GDP…government has well over 51% of the private economy now, etc.)
Clear Creek sheriff’s deputies on Thursday arrested a rafting guide for swimming to a stranded young rafter who had tumbled from his boat on Clear Creek.
Ryan Daniel Snodgrass, a 28-year-old guide with Arkansas Valley Adventures rafting company, was charged with “obstructing government operations,” said Clear Creek Sheriff Don Krueger.
“He was told not to go in the water, and he jumped in and swam over to the victim and jeopardized the rescue operation,” said Krueger, noting that his office was deciding whether to file similar charges against another guide who was at the scene just downstream of Kermitts Roadhouse on U.S. 6.
Duke Bradford, owner of Arkansas Valley Adventures, said Snodgrass did the right thing by contacting the 13-year-old Texas girl immediately and not waiting for the county’s search and rescue team to assemble ropes, rafts and rescuers.
“When you have someone in sight who has taken a long swim, you need to make contact immediately,” said Bradford, a 15-year rafting guide and ski patroller from Summit County. “This is just silly. Ryan Snodgrass acted entirely appropriately. These guys came to the scene late and there was a rescue in progress. They came in and took over an existing rescue. To leave a patient on the side of a river while you get your gear out of the car and set up a rescue system you read about in a book is simply not good policy.”
Snodgrass’ raft flipped on the runoff-swelled Clear Creek around noon Thursday and the girl swam from the raft. Krueger said the girl was missing for 30 to 45 minutes while Snodgrass searched for her. He said she swam a half mile from the spot where the raft capsized.
Since it had been so long, Krueger said, it was no longer the rafting company’s rescue.
“They should involve themselves up to a point. They lost contact. Whether they want to say they were trying to rescue their customer, when they had lost visual contact and had no idea where their customer has been for 30 to 45 minutes, then it becomes our issue.”
Bradford said he would expect his guides to do the same thing again. His guides are professionals, he said, trained and certified in swiftwater rescue.
“To jump into water and navigate a river in a swiftwater rescue is common. You get into the river and swim. You have to do it,” Branford said. “The fact these guys don’t understand that is disturbing. Making contact immediately with your victim is essential. It’s not about who is in charge. It’s about the safety of a 13-year-old girl. You are going to do everything in your power to insure the safety of your guest, and if that means in Idaho Springs you get arrested, well I guess we’ll just get arrested.”
Ryan and Dale are true Americans that appear to be getting their first taste of the paradigm shift that has occurred since the Federal Reserve and Social Security were installed to keep track of the slaves.

In the video below, agents of friendly fascism — who resemble a insurance salesman and his dowdy wife — visit a woman in Austin, Texas, and attempt to ask a few friendly questions about her rebellious behavior during a pro-Palestinian demonstration. Her rebellion did not consist of bomb-making or even inappropriate jokes about the president. Her crime was to display organized outrage over the murder and mistreatment of an entire people, a crime supported by and paid for by the U.S. government.
The FBI agents asked: Did she know anybody who would engage in violence or property damage? In other words, does she admit to being a terrorist and does she know of any terrorist plots ongoing?
At first glance, this line of questioning seems patently absurd. But it has a deeper purpose unstated and denied by the FBI — to inculcate fear of the state and intimidate and modify the behavior of an unruly and rebellious child. It is a routine designed to shut down opposition and discourage troublemakers from exercising their First Amendment right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
(Editor’s note: Though I do not agree with this woman’s views, it is her right to protest and exercise her right to free speech without Big Brother coming to her door.)
Are you ready to be told that the Director of National Intelligence thinks it’s okay to assassinate Americans who the intelligence community believes are terrorists?

Director of National Intelligence Says Intelligence Community Can Target Citizens Presenting a Terrorist Threat
The director of national intelligence affirmed rather bluntly today that the U.S. intelligence community has authority to target American citizens for assassination if they present a direct terrorist threat to the United States. (emphasis mine)
“We take direct actions against terrorists in the intelligence community; if … we think that direct action will involve killing an American, we get specific permission to do that,” Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair told the House Intelligence Committee.
Rep. Peter Hoekstra D-Mich., addressed the issue at today’s hearing.
“The targeting of Americans — it’s a very sensitive issue, but again there’s been more information in the public domain than what has been shared with this committee,” he said.
“There is no clarity.” Hoekstra said. “What is the legal framework?”
“Whether that American is involved in a group that is trying to attack us, whether that American has — is a threat to other Americans. Those are the factors involved.” Blair explained. “We don’t target people for free speech. We target them for taking action that threatens Americans.”
According to U.S. officials, only a handful of Americans would be eligible for targeting by U.S. intelligence or military operations. The legal guidance is determined by the National Security Council and the Justice Department. (emphasis mine)

In the past, the U.S. has killed Americans overseas but they were viewed as “collateral damage.” In 2002, the CIA killed American-born Kamal Derwish, a member of the “Lackawanna 6” terror group during a CIA Predator drone strike. Derwish was driving in a car with other members of al Qaeda, the government said.In 2008, a missile strike in Somalia killed American Ruben Shumpert, a Seattle man suspected of being an Islamist radical. Shumpert was wanted by federal authorities on gun and counterfeit currency charges. He had agreed to plead guilty but fled the country days before sentencing in 2004.
The Yemeni-American cleric Anwar al Awlaki, who has become a prominent influence with al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, was at a meeting with leaders of the terror group when U.S. officials knowingly launched a cruise missile strike to eliminate the terror leaders. Several people were killed but Awlaki survived.
