As part of a deal signed last week in Washington DC between the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA, Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States, a scenario that won’t sit well with Americans wary of foreign assets operating on US soil.
According to a press release by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies, US and Russian officials met on June 25 at the 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations.
In addition to agreeing with FEMA to “exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters,” the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will also be providing “security at mass events” in the United States.
This suggests that events designated as “National Special Security Events” by the Department of Homeland Security, which include the Super Bowl, international summits such as the G8 and presidential inaugurations, will now rely partly on Russian authorities to provide security.
The meeting last week also agreed on the conclusion that US and Russian emergency authorities will increase their co-operation, “in order to respond efficiently to all kinds of disasters.”

What will the world look like when we are no longer using up the resources we use now, no one will have to eat or drink, and anybody can be ‘deleted’ if they don’t roam with the herd? Vice President Joe Biden will announce Tuesday that the Obama administration has “completed or made significant progress” on 21 of 23 executive actions to try to reduce gun violence developed after the mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.
They include ending the freeze on gun violence research, addressing barriers that keep states from submitting records to the national background check system and making sure federal law enforcement agencies trace guns recovered in investigations.
Biden will give his first extensive remarks on gun control since the Democratic-controlled Senate rejected a slew of gun control proposals – expanding background checks, renewing an assault weapons ban and limiting the size of ammunition clips – in April. He will use his 1 p.m. event at the White House comlex to again urge Congress to act.
“The administration has work to do…but Congress must also do its job,” a senior administration said in a preview of Biden’s remarks.
The official declined to say who Obama or Biden has met with on Capitol Hill to try to change votes, but said that Republican and Democratic senators who voted against the popular bill to expand background checks have faced an intense backlash.
“The politics of the issue are starting to change,” the offical said.
Following the school shooting in December left 20 children dead, Obama pressed Congress to pass the nation’s most aggressive gun control plan in generations. He also proposed 23 executive actions that required no congressional approval.
Also on Tuesday, the left-leaning Center for American Progress will call on Congress to remove language from the annual appropriations bill that prevents the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from requiring dealers to conduct a once-a-year audit on their inventories for missing guns. Obama removed the language from his proposed fiscal year 2014 budget proposal to Congress.
I think we should ask them what they are going to do about this rogue administration, congress, and supreme court who have tossed the ‘Rule of Law’ out the window and are just merrily destroying our country and the world.

The White House is defending itself against charges it secretly obtained records for Verizon phone calls made in the United States, arguing that the policy — first reported by Britain’s Guardian newspaper last night — is a vital tool in monitoring terrorists and has the approval of “all three branches of government,” according to a senior administration official. The order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizes the National Security Agency to collect phone numbers but “does not allow the government to listen in on anyone’s telephone calls” unless the NSA makes a separate request, the official said.
It has the approval of all three branches of government….the very same government that we can no longer trust and which has completely shattered the ‘Rule of Law’ (google Jon Corzine or NDAA if you don’t believe me).

The top two leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee said today that the widespread monitoring of phone records revealed by Wednesday’s Guardian report has been going on for years and that Congress is regularly briefed about it.
Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Saxby Chambliss also defended the National Security Agency’s request to Verizon for all the metadata about phone calls made within the U.S. and from the U.S. to other countries.
“As far as I know, this is the exact three-month renewal of what has been in place for the past seven years,” Feinstein asid. “This renewal is carried out by the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court] under the business records section of the Patriot Act. Therefore it is lawful. It has been briefed to Congress.”
Added Chambliss: “This is nothing new. This has been going on for seven years … every member of the United States Senate has been advised of this. To my knowledge there has not been any citizen who has registered a complaint. It has proved meritorious because we have collected significant information on bad guys, but only on bad guys, over the years.”
It’s been going on for years and we are just learning about it and the secret surveillance court now, AND THAT MAKES IT OKAY BECAUSE THE DISTRICT OF CRIMINALS SAYS IT’S LEGAL? Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday that the Obama administration has kept Congress fully informed about a program that, according to a court order leaked Wednesday, gathers data on millions of Americans’ phone use.
“Members of Congress shave been fully briefed as these issues, these matters have been underway,” Holder said at a Senate hearing.
Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) expressed her doubts. “This ‘fully briefed’ is something that drives us up the wall….’Fully briefed’ doesn’t mean we know what’s going on,” she said, urging a classified hearing or briefing that all Senators could attend.
Sen. Ron Kirk (R-Ill.) added that he was concerned that data on calls by members of Congress and Supreme Court justices could have been swept up in the program. Holder said there was “no intention … to spy on members of Congress, to spy on members of the Supreme Court.”
Holder said he would be willing to provide more details in a closed hearing.
Ron Kirk is concerned that Congress and the Supremes’ ended up in the pen with the rest of the corporate owned moos? God Friggin Forbid! And Holder is willing to do a CLOSED HEARING after we just learned the NSA is collecting unprecedented amounts of data WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE?

Rep. Mike Rogers, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said today that phone records obtained by the National Security Agency “thwarted” a domestic terrorism plot “in the last few years.” His committee is working to declassify information on the plot, he said.
“Within the last few years, this program was used to stop a terrorist attack in the United States,” Rogers said. “We know that. It’s important. It fills in a little seam that we have, and it’s used to make sure that there’s not an international nexus to any terrorism event that they may believe is ongoing in the United States.”
He added: “In that regard, it is a very valuable thing. It is legal.”
Once again, a member of the District of Criminals telling you that something is legal. Lovely, just lovely.

The Obama administration responded to reports Thursday that the National Security Agency monitored data from major internet companies with a defense of the practice, describing it as a key piece of its efforts to protect the country.”Information collected under this program is among the most important and valuable intelligence information we collect, and is used to protect our nation from a wide variety of threats,” a senior administration official said in a statement.The culling of information from companies including Apple, Google and Facebook, as reported Thursday evening by The Washington Post and The Guardian, involves “extensive procedures” approved by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ‘to ensure that only non-U.S. persons outside the U.S. are targeted, and that minimize the acquisition, retention and dissemination of incidentally acquired information about U.S. persons,’ the official said.

Every single time I turn on the news or get on the internet, there is some new scandal being announced. There is corruption, there are lies, there is nepotism, there is theft, and there is fraud. These are not isolated cases of individual wrongdoing – it is systematic and we have now reached the proverbial tipping point. I could spend hours listing all that has surfaced during the past month alone, but I have better things to do than be a historian for all this. However, there is one thing that has been trampled on way too many times recently for my taste, and that is the Bill of Rights.
I am only 40 years old, but never in my life has the question of basic, natural rights come up so often in the news as any of the Bill of Rights have over the past 6 months. These are not rights bestowed upon us by a benevolent government. They are inherent. The governed, who are sovereign, provide the government with Sovereignty. How could the government be sovereign otherwise, unless we empowered it? Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer special. Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer free. Without the Bill of Rights, we have tyranny. Without the Bill of Rights, the US Government is NOT SOVEREIGN. It is nothing but a shell corporation.
I am sick to death of Washington, and I can’t take it any more!

The US Govt. has already seceded from the People, and I have a “hunch” that Texas needs to start nationalizing US Government assets immediately. No, I require it, because if you don’t, then it’s easy to foresee that The People will at some point – it’ll just be a little more messy that way.

House Republicans Tuesday night got a harsh introduction to the majority, as more than two dozen rank-and-file GOP lawmakers voted against reauthorizing the Patriot Act.

There was no sign that the leadership saw the setbacks coming. The Patriot Act was moved to the floor under suspension of the rules — a provision that requires two-thirds majority (290 votes) to pass and is often used for noncontroversial legislation. After holding the vote open well past the 15-minute window, it failed 277 to 148 with five Republicans and four Democrats not voting.
Republican leaders will bring the bill back to the floor under a rule, where it will almost certainly secure the 218-vote threshold.

Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) office had no comment on the trade bill or Patriot Act failure. He did not vote, which is somewhat of a tradition for the speaker. Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) and McCarthy voted for the Patriot Act extension.
The Patriot Act has long been a contentious issue on Capitol Hill. It was passed shortly after Sept. 11 to give the government expanded surveillance powers, while breaking down barriers between the CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies.
But many — ranging from liberals like Rep. Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), to libertarians like Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) — have long expressed concerns over the sweeping breadth of the legislation. Kucinich called Tuesday’s vote a “significant defeat,” adding that it will “fuel opposition” to the measure nationwide.
Indeed, many members were concerned about Patriot Act provisions that would allow the government to access medical and business records, GOP sources said.
And a handful of the no-votes were freshmen who felt completely uninformed by their leadership. Rep. Todd Rokita (R-Ind.), who voted for the bill, said he “didn’t know anything about (the vote) until today.”

Twenty-six Republicans voted against the Patriot Act extension, but only eight were freshmen — Reps. Justin Amash (Mich.), Mike Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Chris Gibson (N.Y.), Randy Hultgren (Ill.), Raul Labrador (Idaho), Bobby Schilling (Ill.), Dave Schweikert (Ariz.) and Rob Woodall (Ga.).
Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) voted against the extension, while his wife, Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R-Calif.), voted for it.
Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), Reps. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), Steve Israel (N.Y.) and Henry Cuellar (Texas) all voted for the bill. Committee leaders including Reps. Norm Dicks (D-Wash.), Nita Lowey (D-N.Y.) and Adam Smith (D-Wash.) also voted for the bill. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Judiciary Committee Ranking Democrat John Conyers (Mich.) voted against extending the bill.
Altogether, 122 Democrats voted no, and 67 voted yes. Republican votes to back the bill numbered 210.
Constitutional conservatives and Tea Party Patriots have an opportunity arriving soon to change the course of the nation yet again by making your feelings KNOWN to your representatives when it comes to extending provisions of the (fascist) Patriot Act which was passed unread, by a progressive congress, and signed by a globalist president. Even though I disagree with Dennis Kucinich often, as a close friend of mine has said in the past, ‘even a clock is right twice a day’, and continuing to allow this government this kind of power is absolute insanity. Here is one of those ‘line in the sand’ opportunities that we must not allow to pass us by.
As the judge states in this segment, the FBI is allowed to write their own search warrants and those Americans so served may not tell anybody about the warrant or face prosecution. The Patriot Act also allows indefinite detention without charges, and access to any of your personal records because you may possibly commit a terrorist act at some point in the future. Anybody want to guess how big the Monster’s file with DHS is now?

I personally became aware of the current ‘Police State’ in our country back in December, 1999 during the WTO Conference in Seattle. At that time, I was 9 months pregnant and still working in downtown Seattle. On two separate occasions (in a 4 day period) during that conference, the Seattle Police Department tried to teargas me even though I was not near any protestors; I just happened to be waddling (I was HUGE) down the sidewalk on a main street on my way to the bus stop to return home. After the second time, my employer asked me not to return to work until after the conference was over because they feared for my life and my baby’s life (and not from the protestors, but from the police).

How did we ALLOW THIS to happen?
I know my readers are old enough to remember what a police officer on the beat looked like when we were growing up, what they look like now, and how they treated the average American citizen, then and now.
They start a pandemic as an excuse; an excuse to put away anybody who gets in the way of their powergrab. The feds would trigger a nationwide outbreak of deadly disease, the bodies would pile up, the military would pile in, and the concentration camp gates would open. – Conspiracy Theory, Part 3, 13:15.
As almost a side note during the course of his radio program a few days ago, Alex Jones mentioned that TruTV was being pressured by elements inside the government not to re-air the November 12th episode of Jesse Ventura’s ‘Conspiracy Theory – Police State’. I usually pay close attention when the cockroaches start scrambling and this particular situation is no different. I went and found the program (in four parts), have downloaded it in case of scrubbing, found and listed the relevant links (including H.R. 645) pertinent to the program, and have included some rather disturbing photos for my readers, including Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones standing next to one of the columns of plastic coffins found in Madison, Georgia (outside of Atlanta where the CDC is located and which were subsequently moved after their visit). Yes, I have seen the images of FEMA Camps, coffins, train cars, etc., and have always wondered how much photoshop has been involved. It is extremely hard to argue with images when Jesse and Alex are in them. After watching this program, I believe any doubts you may have had about the government going completely sideways will be forever blown to bits.
In brief, this program covers the 72 ‘Fusion Centers’ (not run or managed by the federal government) – intelligence gathering, and command and control centers scattered across the country, different executive orders signed by different presidents that have taken away our liberties over the decades, Obama’s EO establishing the Council of Governors (hit the link for the post from January 12th, 2010 covering this EO), how the CoG’s 10 sectors almost perfectly overlap FEMA’s 10 regions, locked ‘residential centers’ with barbed wire turned in and children’s jungle-gyms that are being run by DHS and ICE, and the $385 million contract that Halliburton received to build concentration camps.

If this chick is on a watchlist, can you imagine where the Monster lands? I say bring it, as do millions of other Americans who have personally defined where their ‘line in the sand’ happens to be. We ain’t stepping onto frakkin’ railcars or into buses for anybody, and after watching this episode confirming what I just did not want to believe was true (even though I frakkin’ know better), you are going to have to made a decision where you stand on protecting your family AND our sheeple neighbors.

Janet Napolitano and the Wal-Mart ‘Public Service’ Announcement
It’s that time folks; the time when we, as Americans, finally tell Wal-Mart to go **** themselves, to take DHS with them, and to stop building other countries’ economies by speaking to their bottom line. Television screens blasting DHS’s Orwellian propaganda at the checkouts has GOT TO BE the final straw added to the rest of Wal-mart’s sins.
America, unfortunately, is still defined by its consumerism . . . and the average American is still defined by their lack of discernment in what they purchase. Nothing represents the American consumer so well as the mega-corporation Wal-Mart. It is here, then, that the average American can display their power. If you don’t care about slave labor in far-off lands working ’till they drop so that you can buy clothes and electronics at pennies on the real value; if you don’t care about Wal-Mart’s discrimination against women; if you don’t care about slave wages and healthcare waivers, then at least care about the foundation of freedom itself.
I know many people have read ‘Janet Napolitano Enlists Wal-Mart To Watch You‘ with the entire DHS press release asking us to ‘report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.” It is Brazil, 1984, and 1939 Nazi Germany all rolled into one blase package for unsuspecting moos. The establishment has had ten years to condition the public into believing that an attack on American soil is a daily threat so that the moos will just go along with anything including tattle-tail propaganda messages in the biggest retailer in the country.
After the porno-scanners and sexual assaults by TSA, this new invasion into our lives is completely unwarranted and yet, we still have a choice to BOYCOTT Wal-Mart; letting them know that if they play ball with DHS, we won’t spend what little money we have left in their box stores. I know that during this economic depression, (DO NOT let them brainwash you into believing otherwise), Wal-Mart’s low prices achieved through slave labor are very appealing. In the small town in which I live, Wal-Mart is one of only three stores where one can purchase basic items, and they have the lowest prices by a longshot. I always felt like I needed to take a shower after every outing to the big box store, but now after their false advertising during Black Friday weekend, their senior citizen ‘gestapo’ at the door checking every bag like we are all criminals, and Americans as a whole making China filthy rich, I finally had to say “we’ll suffer through” and go without basic necessities until I can afford to purchase them elsewhere.
It’s time to start the boycottsof any and all retailers that are not acting in the best interest of this country, starting with Wal-Mart and the big banks. If you still have bank accounts or credit cards with the big boys, why not make the change now to a local community bank or credit union?

When the Secretary of DHS furthers the development of the tattle-tail program, (with our money, of course), in order to “report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.””, one knows that the continued existence of ‘the state‘ is of the utmost importance and you frakkin’ moos can just go somewhere and die (preferably quickly and cheaply).

BIG SIS INVADES WAL-MART: ‘IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING’
WASHINGTON — Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano today announced the expansion of the Department’s national “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country—launching a new partnership between DHS and Walmart to help the American public play an active role in ensuring the safety and security of our nation.
“Homeland security starts with hometown security, and each of us plays a critical role in keeping our country and communities safe,” said Secretary Napolitano. “I applaud Walmart for joining the ‘If You See Something, Say Something’ campaign. This partnership will help millions of shoppers across the nation identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to law enforcement authorities.”
The “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign—originally implemented by New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and funded, in part, by $13 million from DHS’ Transit Security Grant Program—is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees to identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.
More than 230 Walmart stores nationwide launched the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign today, with a total of 588 Walmart stores in 27 states joining in the coming weeks. A short video message, available here, will play at select checkout locations to remind shoppers to contact local law enforcement to report suspicious activity.
Over the past five months, DHS has worked with its federal, state, local and private sector partners, as well as the Department of Justice, to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign and Nationwide SAR Initiative to communities throughout the country—including the recent state-wide expansions of the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign across Minnesota and New Jersey. Partners include the Mall of America, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Amtrak, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, sports and general aviation industries, and state and local fusion centers across the country.
In the coming months, the Department will continue to expand the “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign nationally with public education materials and outreach tools designed to help America’s businesses, communities and citizens remain vigilant and play an active role in keeping the county safe.
My family started boycotting Wal-Mart two weeks ago (that’s another story), but this is definitely the last straw. Americans needs to send a message to companies that rollover for the fascists in our federal government and peacefully withdraw monetary compensation. This includes the big banks, big IT like Google and Facebook, and corporate monsters like Wal-Mart. Americans acting in unison can force companies and even the federal government to ‘straighten up and fly right’. Starving the beasts is the only way to turn this ship of state away from the icebergs.
