FEMA signs deal with Russian Emergency Situations Ministry to “exchange experts”

As part of a deal signed last week in Washington DC between the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry and FEMA, Russian officials will provide “security at mass events” in the United States, a scenario that won’t sit well with Americans wary of foreign assets operating on US soil.
According to a press release by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense and Emergencies, US and Russian officials met on June 25 at the 17th Joint U.S.-Russia Cooperation Committee on Emergency Situations.
In addition to agreeing with FEMA to “exchange experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters,” the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will also be providing “security at mass events” in the United States.
This suggests that events designated as “National Special Security Events” by the Department of Homeland Security, which include the Super Bowl, international summits such as the G8 and presidential inaugurations, will now rely partly on Russian authorities to provide security.
The meeting last week also agreed on the conclusion that US and Russian emergency authorities will increase their co-operation, “in order to respond efficiently to all kinds of disasters.”

The White House is defending itself against charges it secretly obtained records for Verizon phone calls made in the United States, arguing that the policy — first reported by Britain’s Guardian newspaper last night — is a vital tool in monitoring terrorists and has the approval of “all three branches of government,” according to a senior administration official. The order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorizes the National Security Agency to collect phone numbers but “does not allow the government to listen in on anyone’s telephone calls” unless the NSA makes a separate request, the official said.
It has the approval of all three branches of government….the very same government that we can no longer trust and which has completely shattered the ‘Rule of Law’ (google Jon Corzine or NDAA if you don’t believe me).

The top two leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee said today that the widespread monitoring of phone records revealed by Wednesday’s Guardian report has been going on for years and that Congress is regularly briefed about it.
Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Saxby Chambliss also defended the National Security Agency’s request to Verizon for all the metadata about phone calls made within the U.S. and from the U.S. to other countries.
“As far as I know, this is the exact three-month renewal of what has been in place for the past seven years,” Feinstein asid. “This renewal is carried out by the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court] under the business records section of the Patriot Act. Therefore it is lawful. It has been briefed to Congress.”
Added Chambliss: “This is nothing new. This has been going on for seven years … every member of the United States Senate has been advised of this. To my knowledge there has not been any citizen who has registered a complaint. It has proved meritorious because we have collected significant information on bad guys, but only on bad guys, over the years.”
It’s been going on for years and we are just learning about it and the secret surveillance court now, AND THAT MAKES IT OKAY BECAUSE THE DISTRICT OF CRIMINALS SAYS IT’S LEGAL? Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday that the Obama administration has kept Congress fully informed about a program that, according to a court order leaked Wednesday, gathers data on millions of Americans’ phone use.
“Members of Congress shave been fully briefed as these issues, these matters have been underway,” Holder said at a Senate hearing.
Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) expressed her doubts. “This ‘fully briefed’ is something that drives us up the wall….’Fully briefed’ doesn’t mean we know what’s going on,” she said, urging a classified hearing or briefing that all Senators could attend.
Sen. Ron Kirk (R-Ill.) added that he was concerned that data on calls by members of Congress and Supreme Court justices could have been swept up in the program. Holder said there was “no intention … to spy on members of Congress, to spy on members of the Supreme Court.”
Holder said he would be willing to provide more details in a closed hearing.
Ron Kirk is concerned that Congress and the Supremes’ ended up in the pen with the rest of the corporate owned moos? God Friggin Forbid! And Holder is willing to do a CLOSED HEARING after we just learned the NSA is collecting unprecedented amounts of data WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE?

Rep. Mike Rogers, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said today that phone records obtained by the National Security Agency “thwarted” a domestic terrorism plot “in the last few years.” His committee is working to declassify information on the plot, he said.
“Within the last few years, this program was used to stop a terrorist attack in the United States,” Rogers said. “We know that. It’s important. It fills in a little seam that we have, and it’s used to make sure that there’s not an international nexus to any terrorism event that they may believe is ongoing in the United States.”
He added: “In that regard, it is a very valuable thing. It is legal.”

The Obama administration responded to reports Thursday that the National Security Agency monitored data from major internet companies with a defense of the practice, describing it as a key piece of its efforts to protect the country.”Information collected under this program is among the most important and valuable intelligence information we collect, and is used to protect our nation from a wide variety of threats,” a senior administration official said in a statement.The culling of information from companies including Apple, Google and Facebook, as reported Thursday evening by The Washington Post and The Guardian, involves “extensive procedures” approved by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ‘to ensure that only non-U.S. persons outside the U.S. are targeted, and that minimize the acquisition, retention and dissemination of incidentally acquired information about U.S. persons,’ the official said.

How could the government be sovereign otherwise, unless we empowered it? Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer special. Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer free. Without the Bill of Rights, we have tyranny. Without the Bill of Rights, the US Government is NOT SOVEREIGN. It is nothing but a shell corporation.

In a written statement, Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, said conservatives want to prevent Obama from rushing the legislation through Congress “because he knows that as Americans begin to find out what is in the bill, they will oppose it.”

The first Bush was so bad that junior needed election ‘help’ to secure the White House. I knew that our political disenchantment leading to apathy was going to be used to conquer us. Little did I realize just how far the globalists would go to kill more than one bird with one stone.
Yes, 9.11, where not one, but two hijacked commercial jets were allowed to strike the Twin Towers, 17 MINUTES APART. Really? 34 MINUTES later, another ‘plane’ hit the Pentagon. One doesn’t even have to approach the explosions in the towers prior to the planes hitting or the controlled demolition or the ‘pulling’ of Building 7 aspects of this story.
Does anybody in their right mind really believe that the strongest and most technologically advanced military presence on the planet failed this epically?
This one event spawned the ‘never-ending unseen enemy’, the ‘Bill of Rights’ and Constitution shredding Patriot Act, the new gestapo, in the form of the Department of Homeland Security and the TSA, a now totally rogue government with unbelievable new powers to spy on it’s citizens, undeclared wars, and a massive outlay of cash that we no longer had (thanks Billy Clinton’s WTO free trade suicide), turning us into the debtor nation to foreign interests.
Enter the globalists’ newest Hollywood creation; Barack Obama with his trillions in deficit spending started by Bush II (leading to our economic demise and impending ‘walk of shame’ as beggars to the United Nation’s table, and possible civil war), nationalization of certain industries, the continued funding of the Big Banks to make them bigger, the on-going military presence in Iraq and the on-going war in Afghanistan, ‘Fast and Furious’, Benghazi, the un-Constitutional Obamacare law (I don’t give a damn what the Supreme Court said; they allowed the installation of Barack and had the audacity to state that the Obamacare mandate is Constitutional – in a pig’s eye!), and the now full force ‘police state’ surveillance of Americans culminating in the president (Obama and whatever fuhrer comes next) being able to use the US Military to arrest and detain Americans indefinitely by invoking the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Yet, for me, the true defining moment that we (as Americans) are under attack from a cabal that does not have America’s best interests at heart (and is winning) was when Jon Corzine was allowed a free pass on a $1.6 Billion Dollar blatant theft of customers’ money. In that one moment, everyone should have realized that the ‘Rule of Law’ had been taken down the garden path to be beaten, tortured, raped, and curb-stomped to death. The ‘Rule of Law’ no longer applies in America. Just as the Constitution was made ‘to be a living document that could be tortured enough to say whatever’ the cabal wanted it to say. Just as enough mass killings (Columbine, Fort Hood, Tucson, Aurora, Newtown) will drive the very loud, liberal herd toward the abolition of the last remaining guard against any populaces’ genocide; the right to bear arms. Just ask the Russians, and the Chinese, and more than a few other populations.
After the shooting on Friday in Newtown, I turned to my husband and asked him what he thought would happen in America when Obama signs an executive order instructing the military to confiscate all firearms in the country? I cannot print his reply but I am sure the possibility has occurred to many of you given that the president can now arrest and detain indefinitely any American he so chooses while police departments all over the country are getting their shiny new drones to spy on us because the cameras everywhere just aren’t getting them off anymore.

Really? Upwards of 22% ‘real unemployment’, 45 million Americans on foodstamps, the impending nuclear collapse of most global currencies (including the dollar), and the pResident of the White House and his ‘do-anything-but-productive-work’ staff are worried about the image of the lowly Christmas Tree.
Really????? It appears that he is either begging to be fired or thumbing his nose at those that might possibly consider an attempt at impeaching him over any one of a number of the controversies surrounding the mayhem he has created since being installed.
This ranks right up there with the Federal Reserve ‘losing’ $9 Trillion Dollars, the continued bonuses and bailouts at Fannie and Freddie, and borrowing money from the Big Banks to bail them out.
I think he needs to golf MORE and take his entire staff with him…and the Federal Reserve Bankers…and…the entire congress…and…
This guy is unbelievable. Herman Cain answering questions about the Federal Reserve by Reality Reporter Julio Rausseo. Mr. Cain thinks that the Federal Reserve was doing a great job up until 2000 and now they have gone off track. He believes that ending the fed would be tantamount to grounding all planes after one plane crash and he believes that the $10 trillion in debt that was racked up by Congress because the Fed gave them a credit card was all okay because sound economic policy was in place and foreign investors were buying our debt. He states that he disagrees with printing money out of thin air, but believes that unsound economic policy than does not grow the economy has caused our debt to be less than appealing to buyers. Where Mr. Cain completely misses the point is that the DEBT IS UNSUSTAINABLE, should never have been allowed to happen in the first place, and that it was made possible by the Federal Reserve Banking System.
