I’m sure most of you have heard of or seen Ann Barnhardt around YouTube over the course of the last few years. Although I do not share Ann’s very vocal religious commitment, I have a massive amount of respect for that very same vocal commitment, her integrity with her business, and her blunt face-forward commentary about our politicians, our country, and the world we live in. That being said, turn off the global brainwashing device called the television, sit down, and watch this video presentation explaining what happened to the global economy, why we are already off the cliff, how Jon Corzine’s fiscal rape of MF Global clients was the bell tolling for the rule of law in our markets, and what can be done once we crash. Ann explains it very succinctly in layman’s terms that even the most average American can understand. This presentation is about 2-1/2 hours and includes quite a bit of Karl Denninger’s work also. I know there are many financial guru’s out there but these two people (alongside Catherine Austin Fitts) should be given kudos for doing the math and then explaining it to the rest of us as most Americans just do not realize the gravity or scope of what has been done to us. Well Monster readers, I am officially back in the saddle, and none too soon it appears as the loss of the Republic two days ago with the re-election re-installation of the Dictator By Executive Order is prompting a slew of new United Nations and Global Elites’ assaults on our sovereign liberty. NOT that Romney would have been any better, and in some cases, much worse. The self-centered little shit currently in the WH is a known commodity and there is no chance of a herd of corporate owned moos being wooed, distracted and then betrayed by their glorious leader. How did we ALLOW THIS to happen?
Do you remember a time when a child’s actions were their own and responsibility was assigned to the individual and not the parents? Do you also remember a time when as a child, one had to do something incredibly evil or dangerous to be held accountable before reaching a majority age?
I don’t exactly remember when that changed; some 20 years ago and it was vaguely reminiscent of Nazi practices when it started here in the United States. Now, it has become full blown with making parents behave as the TSA threatens and even manhandles their children at airports (and soon to be bus stations, train stations, schools, ChuckECheezes, etc.). Clint Eastwood gave a good speech while having a conversation with an invisible ‘Mr.’ Obama. The speech was the usual red meat for the GOP establishment types with a unspoken hat tip to Ron Paul(?) about bringing home all the troops from Afghanistan tomorrow. But the crowd went wild on comments like ‘we own this country’ and ‘when somebody does not do the job, we gotta let em go’ when speaking about politicians being our employees and the need to fire them when they aren’t getting the job done. As some of my readers know, the last couple years have been unbelievably tough for my family and for theirs. Now we have a theme song that embraces that uphill struggle as everything around us is contracting. Trace Adkins unveiled a song at the Republican National Convention that finally hammers home what makes Americans so much different from the rest of the world, namely our resilience to natural and manmade tragedies and our diamond forged spines. Our enemy, the global elite, has once again underestimated us, and are creating some of the toughest Americans by forging millions of us in the hellfires of economic depression. I guess they don’t remember the last time they did this to us?
For all those that are still here, standing their ground, and pushing that boulder uphill while wearing cement shoes, listen to this new song from Trace Adkins, ‘Tough People Do‘, then stand up and take a moment to pat yourself on the back for still breathing and getting stronger by the minute. We ain’t beaten yet, the worst and best is yet to come…

I wonder how the rest of ‘Real America’ (not the elites and their henchmen; the police, IRS agents, the banks, credit card companies, certain segments of the intelligence community and the military, etc.) feels about drones flying overhead recording and analyzing their every move? How much more like 1939 Germany must America become before the shit finally hits the fan? The nation’s police chiefs have adopted a code of conduct for their use of drones, including letting any images captured by unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, be open to inspection by the public, and that the images not be stored unless they are evidence of a crime or part of an ongoing investigation.
The chiefs also said that if they plan to fly drones over an area where they are likely to spot criminal activity and where they would be intruding on someone’s “reasonable expectations of privacy,” they should seek to get a search warrant first.
In their three-page document, the chiefs said they are aware of privacy issues that have arisen with the prospect of an explosion in both governmental and private use of drone technology.

Oh thank you so much!! That statement makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside about unmanned drones spying on every inch of land, and I just know the police are gonna keep their word. I just know they are because they are there to protect and to serve. Right? Really? Truly? That’s rich. I thought this was supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave….nah, not so much for the last five decades. So much easier to tell you what you want to hear, then make another industry and a few asshats at the top very rich, add to the states’ coffers with revenue, AND get you sheeples to fall in line and ACCEPT! With the added bonus that these jackoffs never actually have to go out and get their hands dirty (i.e. work for a living). To Protect and Serve…riiiiigggghhhhttt. It’s been decades since our police had anything but collecting revenue as the basis for their actions. DUI checkpoint anyone?
You do realize what this actually says? “We don’t give a rat’s ass what you criminals think. We Can So We’re Going To!’ ‘You’re all a bunch of criminals anyways, and we just haven’t been able to catch you and make you pay the tribute yet.’…until now.

My deepest apologies for being gone so long. Many of my readers know that I live in the Hawaiian islands and have done so for many years. They also know that I am relentless when researching a topic and, typically, not a quitter. Living here has created many challenges and afforded some opportunities not likely to occur on the mainland. Yet, there comes a time when a person has to ask themselves whether they are willing to ride out an economic storm that could last decades (thanks Ben Bernanke, Barack Obama, Congress, etc.) or go where the opportunities are?
For those that may not be aware, the Hawaiian economy ecosystem suffers shocks to the mainland economy first, those consequences last longer, are more intense, and full economic recovery takes years longer than on the mainland. For example, the first time I had my hours at my job lessened was back in 2006; a full two years before the stock market tanked in 2008. When that occurred, I circled the wagons, got rid of as much debt as possible, cut down my monthly household overhead, and started saving as much money as I could. The spousal unit and I have held on through numerous job and layoff cycles since 2008, up until 11 months ago when I was downsized and my husband got laid off yet again. If it wasn’t for the generous hearts of the owners of the unit that we rent, we would have been living on the beach months ago.
Two weeks ago, my husband was laid off for the third time in 11 months and we came to the conclusion that the little bump in the economy some months ago was the warning bell of the disaster that we have been foreseeing for years. After 6 years of holding on by our fingernails, it’s time to stop limping along being rats trapped in a cage fighting over dwindling resources as the cost of everything skyrockets. (Try $18.99 for a 2lb can of Maxwell House coffee). It only took the spousal unit a week to find new employment on the mainland and another week for us to decide a time-frame for moving the rest of the family back.
Which brings me to my plea for a bit of help. There isn’t any hope in hell of coming up with $10K minimum to just ship our belongings. We are selling everything we have worked our butts off for the last decade to just get off this island and be able to eat more than one meal a day, sleep at night, and watch our child grow to their full potential. ” Then what’s the problem?”, you may ask. Answer: there might not be enough disposable income left inside this particular island’s economy to buy our treasures for more than just a song.
We need your help; even if it’s only $5, $10 or $25 so that I can get my family moved back to the mainland and be able to focus on more important issues like ‘WHAT THE HELL IS THE FED AND BIG SIS UP TO NOW?’

It is absolutely amazing what some people will do to make a living in this economy. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and we have not seen this kind of desperation for jobs in America since the Great Depression of the 1930s. What some people are willing to put up with just to bring home a paycheck these days will totally shock you. For example, would you slaughter dogs all day long even though you are really a dog lover? Would you personally train your replacement from China even though you knew he was about to take your job? Would you trade sex for a job? There are people out there actually doing all these things and worse. Every night in America, millions upon millions of people roll around endlessly in their beds and stare at their ceilings for hours because they can’t sleep. They are sick to their stomachs because their money is gone and nobody will hire them. They can’t provide even the basics for their families and they feel worthless. Unemployment can be absolutely soul crushing and it can suck the life right out of you. Things were supposed to be better by now, but they aren’t. The month after Barack Obama took office the unemployment rate broke the 8 percent barrier and it has stayed above it ever since. But the truth is that the “official” unemployment number greatly understates the real amount of suffering that is going on out there. In reality, the percentage of working age Americans that have jobs is lower today than when the last recession ended. There are millions upon millions of Americans that are desperate for some hope, and there is no hope on the horizon. In fact, things are going to be getting a whole lot worse for the U.S. economy.
Anybody surprised that on Tuesday past, the main stream media was shoveling footage of the capsized Costa Concordia while Treasury Secretary and former chairman of the NY Federal Reserve Bank is raiding federal pension funds in order to give Obama some financial wiggle room? Anybody? Nah, didn’t think so. Also, if you think SOPA is only about online piracy, maybe it might be time to check into Bitcoin and see how former Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, Chris Dodd, is now the head of the Motion Picture Association of America; the prime mover and shaker behind SOPA and PIPA and how it might benefit his global elite banking buddies if they aren’t cut out of financial transactions between little people via the peer-to-peer digital currency of the future. For those that may have decided to opt out of watching the GOP presidential debate held last night in South Carolina, here is the entire debate via YouTube with not a minute of boring downtime starting with Newt Gingrich’s scathing rebuttal of John King’s opening question about Mr. Gingrich’s ex-wife’s interview and the ‘open marriage’ comment and continuing with Santorum’s excellent impression of a pitbull. I almost feel sorry for the pResident as these debates, (and this one in particular), are providing all of the material necessary for any GOP nominee to grind Obama to porch. (more…)
