And given a large enough capacity thumb drive with BART stored on it, then it would be possible to backup an entire Windows system with data on that same drive, negating the necessity for another hard drive. IT’S AN ABSOLUTE NO BRAINER!

Ted – They’re probably using Linux as it’s used in server apps and commercial/industrial apps such as this. As a user of both Win 10 and Xubuntu for many years, I can witness that Win 10 is NOT a serious contender for Linux for commercial applications. As-far-as backing-up, I just bought a 500GB WD drive for $12.00 to my door. All this “millions of dollars” BS is to scare mom-and-pop taxpayers into discrediting and protesting audits. In actuality, there’s NOTHING WRONG with the garbage voting machines that have been audited. Electronics were not molested, drives no-doubt work fine. (But why ANYONE would want to use them except to commit fraud is beyond me.)
