This 82 page document is a joint report from the United States National Intelligence Council and the European Union’s Institute for Security Studies about global governance being at a ‘critical juncture’. Considering the sources of the report and reading the first paragraph of the executive summary, I can tell this is going to be interesting.
I must apologize for not having read it in its entirety yet, as I am trying to ‘catch up’ from the transition, and I’m thoroughly dissappointed by the GOP’s pathetic attempt to draw the tea party patriots into the Republican fold with their beige paper, “Pledge To America”.
