It would be almost laughable about Honduras except that the state of Arizona would have to pay for it’s defense. Not very fair.
I’m pretty sure that the American public would donate to Arizona’s legal defense fund – doncha think?

If Honduras (a country) can sue AZ (a state); then can’t AZ sue Honduras, Mexico, et al for all the services required by their illegal immigration? Honduras can pay for American healthcare, American education, unreported taxes, etc., etc. This would be a good thing for AZ and CA too!
