It seems that the only thing that will hold this up will be the NYC Historical Comm. They will have to give approval for demolition and any “improvements” to it and surrounding properties..

How can they not be required to have permits to build this thing? Any American company would have to acquire permits. If they want sharia law they need to stay the h*** in their own country.
If millions of American Patriots don’t descend on Washington DC and refuse to leave until Obama is taken out in handcuffs and do it within the next month we are doomed and our future generations will be fighting for decades to try to get back what we allowed them to lose. I just came across this post, and being a New Yorker, a Red Blooded American,and a 9-11 Volunteer Rescue Worker this has kept me up nights.
A Mosque, one of the most iconic symbols of our enemy, the Middle Eastern Terrorists that want nothing more then to END our way of life. To have to accept the reality that we have people in this country that are sympathetic to this is beyond me. And the truth is… this shows just how weak we have become as a people, widely divided and certainly NOT united as let’s say our World War II Americans were.
America was attacked. It is a blatant act of war against the once known “Sleeping Giant.” This sort of an attack would have met a force with a distinct and premeditated force that would have rivaled our invasion of Normandy if this happened at a different time.
Without getting into political diatribes on Bush all I can say is this……
Has this country become so scared of being politically correct that we do not protect the rights, feelings, and WANTS of the American People on our own soil?
A Mosque anywhere near the Ground Zero site is a smack in the face to all true Americans and a direct kick in the nuts to any New Yorker. The fact that is entertained to me is an act of treason.
The problem we do face however is that the country was founded in part to escape religious persecution. So is it American of us to boycott this Mosque has been a large question.
My answer is VERY simple……
The people who want to build this Mosque after having as much negative feedback from the local community have their own selfish motives in mind for putting it there and ONLY there. Where is their sense of compassion or understanding? How could they even debate doing this without knowing full well that this is going to seriously ruffle feathers? They don’t care because they WANT it there, to purposely BRING Muslims to and near the site which they know is sacred ground. it is their way if defiling the site not only for themselves but for the extremists in the Middle East. It is a symbol of Muslim Strength and American Weakness. That is the ONLY thing that Mosque symbolizes.
So why do we have so many POLITICIANS that don’t see this, and don’t say OUTRIGHT this is a BAD idea? Because they’re greedy, and corrupt.
there is something to be said when President Obama says in a press conference that YES these people have a right to build a Mosque there, BUT it isn’t in good taste. And this is coming from a President that is DETACHED from the American People and what needs to be done in this country.
So what I say to the AMERICAN people is this…. When WE don’t want something in this country then WE need to stand UNTIED and fight it. You’d be amazed what “change” will occur of we all exercise our RIGHT as Americans to make the government DO THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE!
