Greta interviewed Gov. Jan Brewer about the controversial illegal alien law that has just been passed in Arizona. The governor covers the relevant aspects of the bill and the misinformation that has surrounded the actual law.
What isn’t covered in this particular segment is the interview between Griff Jenkins and Dean Martin, the Arizona State Treasurer who states that the previous bill for illegal alien incarceration in Arizona jails is $1 Billion dollars. He also states that he sent this invoice onto Janet Napolitano, who had originally sent it to the Bush Administration with no response, and Janet has told the state of Arizona ‘No’ to their request for payment. This invoice doesn’t cover the funds being used for healthcare and the other usual suspects of ‘social justice’ that the aliens are draining from Arizonans pocketbooks.
Are you wondering where all that money is going if the feds can’t even honor their Constitutional mandate to protect the borders? Don’t you think that Arizonans could probably use that $1 BILLION to improve their lives?
watching her in interviews makes me very proud to be a woman in arizona….she comes across as very cogent and uncompromising when it comes to the safety of arizona citizens.
the feds will never pay up, as that will be an admission of their failed policies…..of course any $$$ they use to pay the bill comes from the pockets of taxpayers anyway…..
Clem – I was an Arizona resident for about ten years and I had to leave in the mid-90’s because I could no longer make a living because of the influx of illegals. I know where you folks are coming from.

well the arizona legislature passed a bill, and sent it to jan brewer for signature, that will be sure to cause liberal heads to explode……. several years ago the school superintendent, tom horne, started looking into “rumors” that the tucson schools were teaching la raza as part of its ethnic diversity course. (per info i read previously, la raza was the ethnic diversity course…..)
