Obama has to make illegal alien amnesty an issue, and soon, if he wants to run for re-election and have a prayer of living the lifestyle that he and Mishy have become accustomed to.

Monster readers know that the pResident and his administration have ALWAYS been about distraction and deflection, so the rapidly approaching illegal alien amnesty flying under the radar of healthcare reform, Afghanistan, cap and tax, and flying to Copenhagen for the Olympics is no surprise.
This administration appears to be pulling out all the stops when it comes to making sure that the pResident achieves re-election; see ACORN, the Census, Illegal Immigration, etc. How many of those 12 million newly legal aliens would NOT vote for the guy that gave them one of the greatest gifts one can achieve in the world; American Citizenship.

After watching the Obama machine with the blessings of the DNC mafia run right over the Hillary campaign and millions of democratic voters, Americans that believe in the Constitution and the rights it assures have been on high alert when it comes to the 2010, 2012 elections and beyond. As soon as we heard that the Census Bureau was being moved under the West Wing, we all knew that the caucus fraud that occurred during the democratic primaries was being taken to the next level to assure dems retained their seats. They pulled it off the first time, why fix something that is not broken, and will have the full weight of the Executive Branch legitimizing it a second time? Then add in Luis Gutierrez’s immigration amnesty bill and the preparations coming from the White House, and thinking Americans can see the light on the next locomotive about to flatten us.
To assure that those millions of illegals are counted before they are blessed with citizenship (with the wink and a nod persuasion for their votes), the pResident is spending $340 MILLION DOLLARS of our tax money to promote the 2010 Census to everyone including anyone watching the Superbowl pre-game. The rape and pillage of our nation’s treasury and our grandchildrens’ piggybanks continues unabated.
Today, that legislation is being moved by Obama himself. People, you are not stupid, we have to stay three steps ahead of the marxist, communist, fascist, ‘ who knows what’ in the White House.

Reporting from Washington – Despite steep odds, the White House has discussed prospects for reviving a major overhaul of the nation’s immigration laws, a commitment that President Obama has postponed once already.
Obama took up the issue privately with his staff Monday in a bid to advance a bill through Congress before lawmakers become too distracted by approaching midterm elections.
In the session, Obama and members of his Domestic Policy Council outlined ways to resuscitate the effort in a White House meeting with two senators — Democrat Charles E. Schumer of New York and Republican Lindsey Graham of South Carolina — who have spent months trying to craft a bill.
According to a person familiar with the meeting, the White House may ask Schumer and Graham to at least produce a blueprint that could be turned into legislative language.
The basis of a bill would include a path toward citizenship for the 10.8 million people living in the U.S. illegally. Citizenship would not be granted lightly, the White House said. Undocumented workers would need to register, pay taxes and pay a penalty for violating the law. Failure to comply might result in deportation. (emphasis mine)
Participants in the White House gathering also pointed to an immigration rally set for March 21 in Washington as a way to spotlight the issue and build needed momentum.
Though proponents of an immigration overhaul were pleased that the White House wasn’t abandoning the effort, they also wanted Obama to take on a more assertive role, rather than leave it to Congress to work out a compromise.
Immigration is a delicate issue for the White House. After promising to revamp in his first year of office what many see as a fractured system, Obama risks angering a growing, politically potent Latino constituency if he defers the goal until 2011.
Among proponents, there is a consensus that a proposal must move by April or early May to have a realistic chance of passing this year. If that deadline slips, Congress’ focus is likely to shift to the November elections, making it impossible to take up major legislation.
“There’s no question that this is a heavy lift and the window is narrowing,” said Janet Murguia, president and chief executive of the National Council of La Raza, a Latino advocacy group.
