Judge Napolitano Thinks The Tea Party Movement Should Co-Opt The Republican Party

…and the ‘right-wing rebellion’ of the tea parties. Mark seems to know us better than ourselves, since I did not realize that I am secretly terrified of the federal government building concentration camps that we can be herded off to by foreign soldiers. I also did not realize that the democrats and indies that come to this site were double agents for the right-wing conservative movement. My readers have totally snowed me, and I thought I had a clue about the pulse of the people.
How is it that a member of a organization that “tracks hate groups” could think it a good idea to attack the Oathkeepers. At this point, considering what we don’t know about our federal government, I’m glad the Oathkeepers are standing on the wall. How about you? Mr. Potok seems to be overly concerned that the Oathkeepers include police officers that could be laboring under paranoid ideas and then pull a weapon. I’m more concerned going to the store after dark and getting mugged. As much as I detest Bill O’Reilly, I must give him credit for offering an invitation to the Oathkeepers for an interview on tomorrow’s show. We will have to see what transpires.
On a totally different but related note, I have been background processing, and am currently working on an op-ed piece about Glenn Beck and the current media circus surrounding the tea party movement. I wanted to see if my readers think the rule below seems altogether too familiar right now.
Saul Alinsky’s Rules For Radicals:
Rule #13:
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…
“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When your ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’
My message to you – stand together, don’t scatter. There are many more of us now than ever before.
Ain’t gonna happen, but does raise the issue a notch. The silver lining to the impending economic storm? When it comes time to pay the piper, it will be our opportunity to ABOLISH THE FED once and for all!
South Carolina Rep. Mike Pitts has introduced legislation that would mandate that gold and silver coins replace federal currency as legal tender in his state.
As the Palmetto Scoop first reported, Pitts, a Republican, introduced legislation this month banning “the unconstitutional substitution of Federal Reserve Notes for silver and gold coin” in South Carolina.
In an interview, Pitts told Hotsheet that he believes that “if the federal government continues to spend money at the rate it’s spending money, and if it continues to print money at the rate it’s printing money, our economic system is going to collapse.”
“The Germans felt their system wouldn’t collapse, but it took a wheelbarrow of money to buy a loaf of bread in the 1930s,” he said. “The Soviet Union didn’t think their system would collapse, but it did. Ours is capable of collapsing also.”
The lawmaker believes that a shift to an economy based on gold and silver coins would give the state a “base of currency” should that collapse come. As one expert told the Scoop, however, his bill would likely be ruled unconstitutional because it “violates a perfectly legal and Constitutional federal law, enacted pursuant to the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution, that federal reserve notes are legal tender for all debts public and private.”
This is a highly entertaining show today, and I think Glenn must be on extra sugar because the screaming and dog barking sections are a riot – and Lord knows, we need to be laughing right now before the tsunamic crashes on top of our heads. Glenn talks about fruit cellars, and I suggest you start networking with family and neighbors.
Glenn starts this show talking about the disgraceful stimulus package that is prolonging the agony that is our daily lives on the way to collapse. Glenn has saved you chucking in your desk-side barf buckets with small, relevant clips of Bambi’s ridiculous speech on the stimulus package from this morning. I still haven’t been able to watch the whole thing yet. He speaks to the crony capitalism, and the big fat gorilla in the room, “saved jobs”.
He then talks about how China is now selling Treasuries and how they are now 3rd behind The Fed and Japan as debt holders. Only problem with The Fed owning $5.1 Trillion dollars of our debt is that our government has monetized our debt; NOT a good thing – look up Weimar Republic and Zimbabwe if you need more details.
Part 2, we will be paying the piper at some point:
Part 3, Where most people are (politically) according to Glenn. I am working on an opinion piece right now about Glenn’s opinion of us and the tea parties. I know folks, my email box is full from people bitchin about it right now.
Part 4, Must watch this segment:
Part 5, Utah and States’ Rights:
Part 6, States’ Rights:
Here is the next in what (I believe) will become a very long series of billboards being paid for by upset Americans. Yesterday it was Lake City, Florida, now it’s Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

I know everybody is angry with both parties, but the truth is the truth, no matter who it comes from. The truth cannot be spun.
“…most of the money we are investing, as part of this plan, will get out the door immediately…” – Barack Obama
“This bill will create 3-1/2 Million jobs. Respect it for what it does.” – Nancy Pelosi
I’m putting these vids up for those that actually can stomach the shit he is shoveling and for posterity so that I find them more easily later on (because you know I’m gonna need ’em). I know, I’m lazy. It’s also very early in the morning and I will puke if I listen to the entire dog and pony show.
Bambi wants to let you know that his Recovery Act circumvented the next Great Depression and that even though you have no job, no money, and it doesn’t really feel like a recovery – It.Really.Is!!! JUST BELIEVE!!! Oh frakkin’ happy day!!!!!
260 more days before we can politically neuter this fraud, liar, and state joke.
Meanwhile, here is the truth; most of the stimulus hasn’t even been spent yet. So would that be Obama taking credit for something that he didn’t do again?
Bulk of Stimulus Spending Yet to Come
Most Cash So Far Has Gone to Services, Government Jobs; Infrastructure Surge Unlikely to Put Big Dent in Unemployment
WASHINGTON—The Obama administration’s economic-stimulus program has delivered about a third of its total $787 billion budget during its first year, much of that to maintain social services and government jobs and to provide tax cuts for workers. Now, the pace and direction of stimulus spending are about to change.
Infrastructure spending is set to step up in the second year of the stimulus program, which should mean more money flowing to private-sector employers. Still, economists say that won’t likely have a big effect on the unemployment rate, which most say is likely to continue a slow decline as the broader economy recovers.
The shift could be significant politically, though, because Republicans have criticized the relative lack of private business hiring directly attributed to the stimulus.
The approach this week of the stimulus program’s one-year anniversary sparked a fresh round of dueling partisan statements, as Democrats sought to credit the effort with averting a deeper recession and Republicans said the program deserved a failing grade. But in terms of spending, the stimulus is largely incomplete.
