David Scott (D-GA) Has An Obama – “Let Them Eat Cake” Moment

Non-Rep. David Scott (D-GA) does not even recognize one of his own constituents, and a doctor no less.  “Out Of Touch” much?

  1. Why should you be surprised? he doesn’t recognize the oath he took when he took office, and he certainly doesn’t recognize the concept that he works for his constituents (not the other way around).

Maybe we should just call it Congressional Alzheimers.

  2. Did these guys all attend the same charm school? It is very obvious that they do not know how to speak to the average American and they must really hate to have to act interested.

Sen Grassley tells Iowan to go work for the federal gov. Little does he know that there are many who are hoping to replace about 535 federal employees. Do they really think it will not happen?

  3. The tide is turning, and we’ve got them on the run. Pretty soon they will all be afraid to show their faces in public. They seem to forget that they can’t run from the ballot box.

VOTE ALL THE BUMS OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. I love how some of our Senators are such masters at understatement, in an attempt to sound “senatorial.” This on on Fox News Sunday today by Mitch McConnell illustrates the point:

“It’s not clear who’s organized and who’s not but that Democrats’ efforts to ‘demonize’ the protesters reflect weak spots in the substance of their plan. I think attacking citizens in our country for expressing their opinions about an issue of this magnitude may indicate some weakness in their position on the merits,” McConnell said.

    YA THINK, Senator???

  5. I think hw must have heard Obama when he said he doesn’t want to hear form us and that we just need to be quiet. Freedom of speech must just be for leftists.

  6. When discussing or enacting a bill on healthcare and including Social Security they may be violating a provision of the Social Security Act.

    PROHIBITION AGAINST ANY FEDERAL INTERFERENCE
Sec. 1801. [42 U.S.C. 1395] Nothing in this title shall be construed to authorize any Federal officer or employee to exercise any supervision or control over the practice of medicine or the manner in which medical services are provided, or over the selection, tenure, or compensation of any officer or employee of any institution, agency, or person providing health services; or to exercise any supervision or control over the administration or operation of any such institution, agency, or person.
