Excuse me…Excuse me….Jiminy Cricket, how many lawsuits have been sent on to the Supreme Court challenging the eligibility of the Resident Evil….how many? 16, 17, 18, 19, more? I have lost track. Philip Berg, Leo Donofrio, Cort Wrotnowski, Dr. Orly Taitz….and the list goes on and on and on. Can anybody tell me if this has happened before in our history? How many lawsuits is it going to take for someone to realize that we have been given every reason by the Obama Camp to believe that he IS HIDING SOMETHING; like his real birth certificate, his congressional records, his college transcripts, his Harvard Law Review papers….another list that goes on and on and on.
I have to believe that the thousands of Americans that are challenging Obama’s ELIGIBILITY have as their core belief no faith in his integrity and character because he has none. Once again, HOW HARD WOULD IT BE TO PRODUCE A REAL VAULTED BIRTH CERTIFICATE? We all know that a foreign national can get a Hawaii COLB, go here, and here. And now we have a bunch of pip-squeak congressionalcritters (h/t to Mad for that great tag) that do not want to touch this hot potato even though it has incredible merit considering the amount of money, time, and energy that has gone into the concealment of documents and coverup of the truth surrounding The Resident Evil. How many negative names does the “President Elect”, (not even President yet), have? I could spend all day surfing the web and counting Bambi-bashing names.
Ladies and Gentlemen, this is just one more instance of our “leaders” and our “government” ignoring our wishes. Too many lawsuits to keep track of, Bailout Bills being passed against our wishes, Car companies being bailed out against our wishes, a proposed Economic Stimulus Plan that puts cash in the pockets of people who do not pay taxes. Can anybody tell me how the “trickle up from the average crackhead” economic stimulus plan is going to work? ANYBODY??
I think I will have to put a widget in the sidebar with updates on Phil Berg’s hearings on the 9th and 16th, and whatever comes of Dr. Orly’s case being seen/heard? by Justice Roberts.

The nation owes more than thanks to three unlikely modern day patriots: professional poker player, musician, and retired attorney, Leo Donofrio; life long Democrat and former Pennsylvania assistant attorney general, Phil Berg; and Soviet emigree and attorney, Dr. Orly Taitz (she’s also a dentist).
While Mr. Donofrio painstakingly established the airtight case that BHO could not be an Article II “natural born citizen” (at BHO’s birth, dad was British/Kenyan, not American, citizen) Leo’s Stay of the 12/15/08 electoral college vote was denied by SCOTUS as procedurally unripe.
Nevertheless, since no congressman and senator objected on 1/8/09 to Congress’ count and certification of the electoral vote which would have turned resolution of Obama’s eligibility issue over to Congress — rendering moot the Berg and Taitz (Lightfoot) cases — Berg finally does achieve standing on the issue of actual harm, to be addressed at the Friday 1/9/09 SCOTUS Conference on Writ of Certiorari. Obama’s failure to submit evidence of his constitutional qualification for the 1/9/09 conference will mean he cannot thereafter challenge Berg’s request to enjoin the 1/8/09 Congressional electoral count and certification, albeit retroactive, scheduled for SCOTUS conference Friday 1/16/09. Moreover, Chief Justice Roberts has scheduled a full Court conference on the Lightfoot case Friday 1/23/09 in the event there needs to be a Constitutionally mandated action, the Inauguration itself, to enjoin retroactively.
Now that BHO is in checkmate and cannot be POTUS, he can be a patriot as well. He need not subject the nation to the expense and trauma of requiring SCOTUS to overrule his ‘Presidency’. BHO can and should voluntarily step down with Biden becoming Acting POTUS under the 20th Amendment, and under the agreement all potential claims by the Government for itself and on behalf of others against BHO are released.
OK, OK, OK, enough already, I can’t take any more hoaxes: First we have Al Gore’s global warming, next comes Obama being a constitutionally qualified President, followed by Obama’s stimulus plan, but now we have Robert Reich telling us why we need stronger unions. CE Ran – it is readily apparent that you are either an Acorn-acquired voter or possibly an Acorn rep; your lack of knowledge is glaringly obvious in using Annenberg’s false-flag site “FactCheck” as basis for your assertion. Every other Citizen has to provide valid original, or certified copies, of various documents in dealings with our governments; Obama has instead sent Lawyers and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to withhold not only his original BC, but also his travel records, college transcripts, college loan papers, mortgage info, ad nauseum. Until he proves otherwise – Obama is a crook in my eyes, and most others that have used valid research on these issues.

I keep asking myself… what is Chairman Zero trying to hide? What is on that document that he does not want to see the light of day? It could also be something in addition to his place of birth.
The other thing I would like to see (equally or more so than his COLB long-form) is his school records at Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard. That information may be more telling than the birth certificate.

I am a past member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce (JAYCEES), and a professional member of Alpha Chi Sigma. That’s it sir. Not a BOT like Diamond Tiger. Also note that the Annenberg Foundation was brought about by the elder Annenberg’s (now both no longer with us, God bless), and were close personal and lifetime friends of Ronald Regan and his wife. These two were true conservatives and very worthy people to carry the traditionalist banner for all Republicans. They felt that truth was far more important than rumor mongering and spewing hate based upon lies to attack your opponents. Just like the statement above that I must be an operative for Acorn, something I know nothing about and based upon the unqualified speculation of a wacky conspiracy theorist, Mr. and Mrs. Annenberg would have surely taken exception to your fact less conjecture and would have asked the question: Do we now condemn based on lack of information or any real facts and just proceed with a gut feeling? I have waited for nearly a month for a response regarding Mr. Barack Obama’s validity as President of the United States and there has been none, excepting Diamond Tool, oops, I mean Diamond Tiger (a moderator I suppose).
Where is the proof of your accusations except for some bits of conspiracy hypocrisy? Anyone can file in US Courts, even the indigent. It is whether that filing has merit. The ones listed DO NOT! And they have been ruled upon justly by the Courts.
Now, for health care: Where is your hypocrisy now?

However we do not need dismissals right now, we need patients and perseverance to make sure that the person standing next to you has the same medical protections as you. Does he or she? I have a better question, why hasn’t the Republican Party done anything about this? The FBI has a dosier on him, the Republicans have a dosier on him they all know the truth but they do nothing. Why?
THAT would be the $2 Gazillion question now wouldn’t it? What was the payoff for the Republicans to allow him into the Oval? The answer presently has to do with his usefulness….the Bushes aren’t done yet.
