In my travels this morning I stumbled upon Wake Up America’s piece called “Hawaiian Patriots Contact Hospitals: Obama & Mom Never There?” which was based on Earth Frisk’s piece “Hospitals in Hawaii to Obama: You Were Not Born Here!”. Here’s a little segment and then I will get to a tidbit that I personally think is very interesting and which was not covered in Wake Up America’s post:

Hospital after hospital in Honolulu all have NO RECORD of Obama or mother ever being there. Is this some state secret? Are we to believe that even the hospital that he was born in should remain secret? Why lie to us as if it matters I mean the man did win the Presidential vote? Why the lies and secrecy?
We already know that Obama’s family and the entire nation of Kenya (which is about to have a national holiday for Obama) know that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa Coastal Hospital in Kenya. The government of Kenya has sealed these records. More and more secrecy due to the fact that once proven, Obama will not be constitutionally allowed to become President of the United States!

As some of you know, I live in Hawaii, and am well aware of how the Hawaiian population thumbs their noses at mainlanders. What follows is just another instance of Hawaii being Hawaii:
Hawaii Issues Birth Certificates to Foreign Born Residents! Here’s Hawaii saying it like it it. All Doubts Cleared my Friends.
A. From Hawaii’s official Department of Health, Vital Records webpage: “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country“ (applies to adopted children).
B. A parent may register an in-state birth in lieu of certification by a hospital of birth under HRS 338-5.
C. Hawaiian law expressly provides for registration of out-of-state births under HRS 338-17.8. A foreign birth presumably would have been recorded by the American consular of the country of birth, and presumably that would be reflected on the Hawaiian birth certificate.
D. Hawaiian law, however, expressly acknowledges that its system is subject to error. See, for example, HRS 338-17.
E. Hawaiian law expressly provides for verification in lieu of certified copy of a birth certificate under HRS 338-14.3.
F. Even the Hawaii Department of Home Lands does not accept a certified copy of a birth certificate as conclusive evidence for its homestead program. From its web site: “In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”
Now that we all understand that you can be born in Madagascar, Russia, Norway, Brazil or even Kenya like Obama and still have a REAL birth certificate that both Snopes and Factcheck would say was real since they are real. That doesn’t mean you were born in Hawaii. Does this matter to America? Barack Obama has as of November 27th 2008 spent over$500,000 U.S. to prevent others from seeing it. Why? Didn’t he already win the vote?
So kids, how we all feeling about that? I am definitely going to have to stock up on Margaritas to get me through the next four years if our Supreme Court does a complete chickensh** maneuver and opts out of hearing any of the 19 Eligibility Cases against The One!!

I am an extremely concerned citizen who has a serious problem with the COLB your site has posted for Barack Obama. I have been following this situation ever since the first question arose concerning his “natural born” status. It didn’t take me long to figure out which side factcheck stood on concerning the “facts” of this situation.
I’m no attorney, but you might consider consulting one since you have claimed that the COLB was inspected by your staff and declared genuine.
Until recently I didn’t know what it was about that thing that made me sense it was bogus, but after getting through all the techno-babble of Dr. Polarik’s analysis of the document one thing has been gnawing at me. That would be the father’s race as listed on the document.
I’m not Hawaiian, but I am old enough to remember that in 1961 a black person was not listed as African for race on any documents that come to mind. The term African American didn’t even exist until the 1970’s. After looking at all of Dr Polarik’s research that is the most glaringly obvious evidence that the document is not genuine.
With all due respect, in 1961 his father’s race would have been listed as “negro” or “colored.” The document did not request nationality which would of course have been African. I don’t know why more people have not taken this and run with it, but I assure you that I will do my part to see that this gets distributed far and wide.
Whoever has perpetrated this fraud on the American citizenry, and those who have been complicit in the fraud should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. May God have mercy on your evil little souls.

But the question is also whether BO was even born on US soil. THere’s much more evidence that he was born in Kenya.
That fact that Hawaii says they have a birth certificate doesn’t necessarily mean he was born in Hawaii; it means they have the paperwork needed to have a Hawaiian COLB for BO. And Hawaiian officials have never claimed he was born there — just that they have valid material to prepare a COLB — big difference.

This is done all the time. Mexico allows its citizens to keep their dual citizenship to insure $ flowing back to the country. Citizens keep their Mexican status as long as possible in order to keep their property. They work it well in both countries. Texas allows the same thing. It is more common than you think. If you have a baby in Texas, parents will register the birth in Mexico as well. Dual citizenship should not be an option. Germany forces you to decide on your 18th birthday. When the Iraq
I am going to assume that all here aren’t being purposefully intellectually dishonest with this issue and that there are simply some things with which you weren’t familiar.
The form Obama has displayed to the press is Hawaii’s short form birth certificate. There isn’t even an option to request the long form as a replacement, which has things like weight, doctor, etc.
The law (HRS §§338-17.7, 338-20.5)which provides birth certificates to foreign nationals adopted in Hawaii, passed in 1981, would provide a “Hawaii Certificate of Foreign Birth”. It would still state country of birth and would not declare you were born in Hawaii. It would simply add your adoptive parents names as your parents. Additionally, the certificate is for adoptions. You can’t go in and simply request a birth certificate from Hawaii. Someone has to have been adopted by a Hawaiian citizen.
In October, the Director of Health and the State Registrar both examined the long form certificate on file with the state and declared it “valid.” That word is from their statement.
While I personally think this is a ridiculous issue and one crafted by the right-wing echo chamber to provide themselves with relevance. I, and others like me, would be swayed about this “constitutional crisis” with a more intellectually honest analysis than I’ve heard here or at other venues like this. When the people charged with determining who is a citizen of the state say he is a citizen of the state it leaves your argument in tatters.
Keep in mind the absence of proof isn’t proof in America. When it does becomes proof I’ll be taking my leave of my beloved country. The onus of proof isn’t on the accused it is on the accuser. And thank god for that.

Incorrect. Negro is a Black American term. In Europe black-skinned people are called Black. In South Africa it is Kaffir (which has taken on a far more pejorative connotation). I am not sure that “colored” is a term used outside of the states either.
As a man who probably — since we are all mind readers on this site — didn’t see himself as American there is no reason to think that BHO, Sr. would have used specifically American terms to identify himself.
Depending on his nationalistic tendencies and the fact that Kenya was still a British territory at the time of Barack’s birth he might have thought of himself as African… as opposed to Kenyan. That or the doctor wrote it down after he was told Kenyan. 🙂
