Nancy I want to thank you for all your dedication in this effort. I am sure talking face to face has a much greater impact, than e-mails and phone calls, although they also send the message.

Napolitano is not exactly correct, this is HIS opinion.

Mark Levin, when asked how this suit could turn out said (I’m paraphrasing) you don’t know how this would turn out and you have to find a court/judge who would hear the petition and this is certain to happen.

Napolitano is doing a disservice to say this is basically going nowhere.

This is a test of the Constitution and it’s tested in the Judicial branch. Who is Napolitano, a former Superior Court Judge, suddenly an “expert” on the Constitution? Some knowledge vs. expertise are completely different things.

This should have had Mark Levin on too so he could provide his expert counterpoint.

We are headed back to DC this Saturday to try to talk to more of our reps. I’m glad I live fairly close. I hope we can make a difference. I hope we don’t end up having to fight this thing after it is passed.
