It appears that at least 2/3 of the so-called “savings” are coming from this CLASS program. CLASS is a new insurance fund for long-term care that collects premiums (new taxes) for 15 years before it has to pay anything.

Aside from the fact that the math doesn’t add up…. here we go again… this is another Social Security-type trust fund… er… Ponzi scheme… that the politicians can raid for general budget items.

These idiots never learn.
