Diamond… having read the relevant passages from the Constitution and the U.N. charter, I think it would be difficult to argue that the U.N. is a King, Prince, or foreign State.

What concerns me about Obama, with his naivete and hubris (a dangerous combination), is that he will commit our sovereign nation to things that really require a treaty ratification and will somehow bypass Congress’ role, thereby in effect, eroding our sovereignty… not that that seems to matter with the current group of yahoos we have in the House and Senate. But, the combination of all this is downright dangerous.

Okay – what do we know about the UN being a “foreign state”? Yes? No? What is the exact legal status of the UN. He may very well be committing treason. Dig people! I will keep you posted.
