Everybody Give The White House That Special Monster Wave (UPDATED)

None of the Monster’s readers are going to be surprised by this because we know who we are dealing with, but I just received this information in an email and I want to send a message to the White House, though I am sure that the little obots that come here and leave the koolaid and verbal grenades have already “reported” me to their masters.

Everyone stand up and please give that very special Monster wave to the White House and this fascist administration!  If you feel like standing up to this ridiculous attempt to set fascism in motion and report yourself, the email address is below.

I am a natural born, American citizen that has been standing up and opposing the abuse of our Constitutional Rights by this administration!  I will continue to exercise my God-given rights of FREE SPEECH!  This is America – NOT A BANANA REPUBLIC!

From Redstate, (and I did go check the information on WHgov):

Call For Informants: If You Oppose Obamacare, Even in ‘Casual Conversation,’ the White House Wants to Know About It

If you see anybody publicly opposing President Obama’s plan to implement a government-centric overhaul of the health care system, the White House wants you to report that person (or persons) ASAP.

From the White House website:

There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.

Emphasis added. Of course, as we’ve seen in the health care debate to date, the term “disinformation” is used by the Obama White House as a catchall to describe any opposition to the President’s push for single-payer, government-run health care — meaning the White House wants to be informed of any forwarded emails or blog posts or any “casual conversations” that could be taken as opposition to their health care overhaul plan.

The White House has, as yet, offered no explanation of what it is they plan to do with the tips on policy opposition they hope to receive from citizen informers.

Interestingly, as Jake Tapper pointed out on Twitter this morning, the title of that post on the White House is a quote from John Adams’ 1770 “Argument in Defense of the Soldiers in the Boston Massacre Trials.”

Since we now have that out of the way, here is the question?  Why would the Great Uniter be trying to divide people even more?  Is he really trying to turn Americans against each other and create a powderkeg for violence.

Next question: Are these the actions of a true patriotic American and a leader?

Nothing says “THE TRUTH” like tape. Mr. Resident – you said these words, did you not? Are you trying to rewrite history?

I received this very well written letter in another email with the suggestion that we all send this on to the White House.  Which of course is definitely taking the high road!  I have received permission to put this up and you may copy and paste and send it on to the WH.  Remember to be polite!

SEND an email to flag@whitehouse.gov:

Mr. President,

Greetings, sir, I pray for your health and that God may grant you peace and wisdom.

I am writing to you at this email address because of a post at the White House blog that, frankly, sir, has me a bit concerned.

I am certain that you are committed to freedom and liberty and do not intend on decreasing the level of freedom or the participation of citizens in the process of deciding public policy for our nation, even if that might mean that some of your initiatives have to be scaled back or simply abandoned.

Some might, however, question your commitment to freedom and the participation of citizens in the decision making process and this is why I am writing, respectfully, in the hope of seeing a happy resolution to what I hope is merely a poorly stated appeal for help in support of your health care initiative.

I understand you are asking people, through your staff, to email flag@whitehouse.gov to report people who oppose your health care plan, even though, Mr. President, you have NOT actually sent out a specific proposal and there are multiple different proposals.

Your appeal, which I sincerely believe is a call for informants (http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/)  was cloaked in what seems to some, myself included, doublespeak, and to my mind this appeal carries the implication that the White House wants to capture the names of opponents, which has a potentially chilling effect on open debate.

As part of this appeal, you tell your readers, basically, that people who are citing video of yourself calling for a single payer system and detailing an incrementalist approach ‘liars’, something that is both impolite and, frankly, juvenile and beneath contempt. Those statements were made by you, Mr. President. If indeed you are opposed to a single payer plan and have changed your mind, it is useful to you, and citizens who may even support you but for this perception, to clear this matter up rather than blaming others for a reasonable and logical assumption based on what you actually said.

Mr. President, facts ARE stubborn things and unless or until you publicly disavow a single payer system and actually ANNOUNCE and put in print YOUR health care proposal, it is only reasonable to think that all those things you have said are still on the table and part of your overall plan.

Mr. President, are you willing to state what your plan is then publicly disavow any plan that involves single payer plans in any fashion?

Further, Mr. President, would you be willing to solemnly swear that the minute you propose or even SIGN any bill that includes a single player plan or a precursor thereto that you will resign your office? Are you willing, sir, to resign your office if the implementation of your plan results in anything more than a 10% decrease in the number of people enrolled in private plans within 4 years after whatever bill is passed?

Please be advised, Mr. President, I will not be monitored: I oppose what some refer to as ‘Obamacare’ on the basis of my conviction that the Federal Power has no business sticking its nose in such things, a point of view that I sincerely believe is consistent with the original intent of our Founders. I respect that you feel differently and read that differently, but to dismiss our point of view with juvenile and petty name-calling that is clearly beneath contempt and that is simply not professional is a reflection on the content of your character that will not turn Americans against those who oppose state-run or regulated and managed health care by ANY name.

I am NOT afraid to stand up for my convictions, I respect you and your office, and I rightfully and justly demand that you and your staff respect me and my office, the office of “elector”, one of your 300 million “bosses”.

I respectfully request that you stop asking people to become informants, please spend a few minutes and re-read your constitution which you swore to uphold, and which is a condition of your tenure which must be adhered to.

I am enclosing a copy of this email to my member of Congress, my Senators, and my Governor as well as any local media and asking them to investigate WHY the White House is trying to capture names of opponents and asking people to inform on opponents.

If your office is seeking to obtain names of people who oppose your plan and to engage other Americans as informants or agents I would, and I am sure many others would, consider this to be a SERIOUS offense against the Bill of Rights if indeed your objective here is to do this, so, with this in mind, sir, please cease and desist and respect even those who oppose you in a civil and fair manner.

I pray that this communication is seen as a friendly appeal for a quick and amicable resolution of my concerns or, at worse, a friendly rebuke if you will due to what is clearly impolite behavior that is beneath of the dignity of the Presidency or the White House.

May you continue to be in good health and good spirits as you lead our free nation of free and sovereign citizens who wish you, and America, godspeed within the reasonable constraints of liberty, justice, and our Constitution.

Yours in service to the Republic,

(Make sure to take out Bill’s signature and add your own)

  1. I’m not at all surprised by this action. Obama cannot tolerate and will not allow for anyone to challenge him or his proposals. Neither would I be surprised to learn he was behind and/or certainly aware of those who have attacked Palin. Both Pelosi and Reid have stated there will be retribution against congressman who oppose this health care bill and particularly those who oppose the appointment of Sotomayor. Obama is a Chicago thug whose operates on threats and intimidation and there will never be transparency with him or his administration. Every move is calculated to be enacted without it being read in advance by Congress. He claims ignorance in each case, yet he orchestrates every move and dirty trick to get what he wants. We’ve never faced a man like him but Americans had better get educated and organized to confront him on every point.

  2. Congratulations for getting on yahoo news!

Boy did you ever get humiliated and repudiated by the progressive liberals on yahoo buzz! What a disgrace to America and thinking people you are….
…your defenders were utterly pathetic in the face of reason, democracy, patriotism and humanity.

I asked them, in reference to your oped piece:
“If you have nothing to hide what are you afraid of?”
(I admit I stole that from Limbaugh and O’Reilly from the last couple years when Bush was exposed for spying on Americans….they had no answer.

I would love to open up a discussion with you on your blog…about Obama and the progressive liberal agenda (since your party has no discernible agenda).
I am koolmuse…mail me back if you dare.

  3. You have no right to bear arms.
    The US Constitution says so.

    To wit:
“the right of….. the people…. to bear arms shall not be infringed.”

    “The People” is the collective..plural.

“Person” is the word the Founding Fathers used when referring to the individual. Such as in the 5th Amendment
    To wit:
“No…. person…. shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime…..”

Do you know the difference between “person” and “people”? I do. Did the Founding Fathers know the difference? Were the Founding Fathers careful and precise in their language?

Nowhere in the 2nd Amendment does it say “person”.

If the Founding Father wanted to indicate the right to bear arms was an individual’s right they would have said:
The right of ….a person… to bear arms shall not be infringed….and they needn’t have mentioned “militia” at all (much less mentioned it first).
But they didn’t say “person”…..on purpose.
Clearly the 2nd Amendment wasn’t intended as it is now interpreted.
As soon as some clever gun-control lawyer sees what I saw… it should be a cinch to change the interpretation to the correct one.

  4. Bush on the US Constitution, quoting a member of his administration who was present:

“Last month, Republican Congressional leaders filed into the Oval Office to meet with President George W. Bush and talk about renewing the controversial USA Patriot Act.
Several provisions of the act, passed in the shell shocked period immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, caused enough anger that liberal groups like the American Civil Liberties Union had joined forces with prominent conservatives like Phyllis Schlafly and Bob Barr to oppose renewal.
GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous provisions of the act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.
“I don’t give a goddamn,” Bush retorted. “I’m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way.”
“Mr. President,” one aide in the meeting said. “There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.”
“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!”
I’ve talked to three people present for the meeting that day and they all confirm that the President of the United States called the Constitution “a goddamned piece of paper.”

  5. I see y’all saying things like:
    “Obama wants to destroy America.”
    “Obama wants a socialist state.”‘
    ….and other such bullshit.

But you never say what form this destruction by socialism will take.
    What America do you envision?
    What gets destroyed?
    I don’t get it.
I would think you could be quite specific…and would want to be…..since y’all profess to know so much about it. But you only mouth these wide-open meaningless GOP talking-point platitudes.
Obama is pretty precise and clear when he makes a proposal…so why can’t you be precise and clear how exactly health-care reform is going to “destroy America”…Unless you make that rational argument…you’ll be nothing but a “thou shalt not” laughing stock cult of tin-hatted idiots.

  6. Here’s a snap poll”

    Where do you stand on:

    Gay marriage?
    Prayer in school?
    God in government?

  7. If you want to talk about reserving your right to free speech, why don’t you talk to Natalie Maines who spoke out against a president (one she voted for in his first election mind you, I know the Maine’s and they are not “dangerous, socialists as you so IGNORANTLY refer to democrats) who passed a bill allowing for the government to tap into your beloved privacy and liberty at will called the “patriot” act and this president just feels that health care is getting out of hand and needs reform so any body can get it. I know the concern is that it’s a “free ride” and and you don’t want to give a hand out. But honestly are you saying that if somebody is Lazy, or doesn’t work then they don’t DESERVE to live??? That’s a bit selfish of you. And I know the GOP would love to stand up and say if you don’t work then you don’t deserve this or that and preach that you only get what you put in, and look out for number one because nobody else cares about you, so you better care about you. Well that may be turning to reality in this country but the America that I grew up in is a country that cares, those with more should give to those with less no questions. If you disagree… fine! if you think that is a stupid way of thinking, fine. But it’s called graciousness and it is the ONLY thing that the New Testament teaches and so not only is it accepted world wide as a good thing being the opposite of greed, but it is biblical so it should in theory please every body. Funny how the church jumps behind the GOP, one of the most greedy political associations know to man. Looking out for yourself is fine and dandy, but you can’t see your own back, and the world will sure get lonely when all you got is yourself! If you’d just give a shot at helping out others for no reason, paying taxes with faith that you really are making this country THE best place to live on earth, then when your world starts getting rough who knows, maybe somebody will be there looking out for you that you didn’t even know about. This country was built on people looking out for each other and MAKING it work. Big business, economy, healthcare that all came later… I’m not saying you should just give handouts left and right, but having a social control in an industry that currently has no accountability is not a bad thing I don’t care what you are republican or democrat. This has got to stop being a political issue and become an open issue and we HAVE to work together because it HAS to be changed. Yes there are non working Americans with out health care, but the main concern is that there are WAY TOO MANY hard working Americans without decent or any coverage. It hs to be done, and it has to be done right now. No one has said this proposal is perfect, but it’s a start. So why don’t we all Grow the hell up and get cracking on fixing this thing rather than just whining and crying about what a bad man Obama is because he feels every body has the right to wellness…. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!

  8. Diamond, did a couple of left sites shut down, you sure seem to have a lot of new “visitors”. Can you smell the fear?.

  9. In the 1960’a Khrushchev told the Secretary of Agriculture at the time: “America will never ACCEPT communism, so we will feed you socialism in small doses until, one day, you will be communist. Your grand children will live in a communist state”. Well he was 100% correct, and THEY have succeeded. We Are living is a socialist fascist state, and there is very little left to be done to bring Khrushchev’s predictions to full fruition. The only thing left to do is to make us rise up and give them a reason to enact a police state, then it is done. The best way to accomplish this is to start ACTING like a dictator, and this is exactly what BO is doing. The Brown Shirts are back, this time wearing red. It is no longer desirable to love your country and constitution, for this makes you a “combatant” that must be subdued.

So here’s my wave to the usurper in the White House and the same goes to all of this fascist foreign entity that calls itself my “government”!!!

  10. I’m a moderate. You right wing nutjobs are pretty funny and almost totally devoid of logical and rational thought. You seem brainwashed. Sometimes I think “birthers” movement is part of something dangerous. http://www.infowars.com/ Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, etc. sound like the drivel that inspires militiamen. So go build your underground bunker, stock up on condensed soup, collect your AK-47’s, and plaster up posters of Anne Coulter to masturbate to. One of you nutjobs reading this website will probably be inspired to kill Obama. Only you will be stupid enough to post your intentions on a blog and you’ll end up in a bunker not of your choosing – a maximum security prison.

  11. If the children were not afraid they would not be posting here. Obviously they know that this is not a Dems v Reps issue that is why they are frantically trying to dismiss this movement. This is a Patriot movement and a lot of sleeping giants are waking up, that was never anticipated at least imo.

I look at the people from the town hall meetings and see a wide variety of people. The are not wearing red shirts that say “operatives” although I think that would be funny. They are just the citizens who are now demanding to be heard. Also the signs they carry are usually home made. I am sure the insurance companies could afford to have “real” signs printed.

I know this is foreign to those on the extreme left, that anyone other than their own would demand to be heard. They just can not imagine their own tactics used on them. Once again I find that funny.

Saul Alinsky never factored in the internet. For that I am extremely grateful.

  12. Kristen –
You’re the typical idiot Republican that think politics should be all about The Road to Serfdom and the Bible.
Get used to Socialism. It’s happening and it’s going to happen. Look at Europe in the last 20 years – a better standard of living than the US.
Look at simple facts – life expectancy in the US is not very good even with health care costs triple what it is in most industrialized countries.
Most bankruptcies in this country are due to medical bills, mostly from people with insurance.
While health care costs go up more people can’t afford coverage and the rest of the insured pick up the bill. When the uninsured need health care they go to the emergency room when their health concern becomes an emergency.
Rationing health care, “socialized medicine”, government interference, blah blah…seriously, does anybody on this website know anything about health care in Europe?

Nice spelling above – Obama’s Hearth Care Deception.

  13. Um, Sir?
I am a Jew, and I find your comparison of Obama to Hitler extremely offensive. Regardless of your personal feelings towards THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and his alleged socialism (shame on him for wanting to provide the affordable health care he promised if elected), the bottom line is that he is NOT a dictator, and until Obama is actually sending out minions in black boots to shut down your retarded and pathetic greasy little board (dude, you can’t even afford to go to Washington TO march, you should be embracing the thought of affordable health care, LOSER) and gasses you before burning your remains in an oven, I suggest you STFU with regards to the “Nazi” card. It is heinously stupid and offensive.
    As are you.

  14. Remember the 80’s. Read this and tell me if this sounds familiar.
Republicans do bailouts too – only they call recapitalizing and government taking over banks is called receivership. heheh. Financial deregulation and bailouts lead to Asia owning more and more of the US. In the 80’s it was Japan and now it’s China.

  15. If you’re rich and you’re a Republican I can understand – you want to keep your money. If you’re poor and you’re a Republican – you’re an idiot.

  16. Gee, ‘Diamond’, a bit on the paranoid side, are we? To ask for rumors and half truth floating around so they can be openly addressed and corrected is now a call for informants to invade on your right to free speech? Since when is talking about things that you say invading free speech, especially if you state that those same statements you made are free speech? How is it free speech if you can say it but nobody that might bge of a differeing opinion is to know about it and address any misinformation in your free speech? And fascist? I have a sneaking suspicion you don’t exactly know what fascism is nor have you ever experienced it.

As for the ‘well written letter’ posted, it is anything but respectful nor does it show that the writer can connect the dots. It does not show how the request to be told about any inaccuracies floating around about health care reform so they can be addressed OPENLY are an attack on and offense to the bill of rights. Saying an apple is an orange doesn’t make it so. That letter only shows the far right igtnorance and teh same fear mongering that they have used to keep the last amdinistration in power to destroy the economy even more.

  17. Hey Kathy – look who did the study not where the link came from. As I said before, I’m a moderate. I don’t read the Huffington Post. It’s way too biased and left-leaning for my taste.

  18. But yeah – it’s fun to get you right wingers riled up. It’s going to take Obama 2 years to undo the W’s 8 years of damage. Just like it took Clinton 8 years to fix the disasterous 12 Reagan/Bush years. Check out national debt as a percentage of GDP. Republicans – the party of big spending on war and prisons and racking up huge debt that is sold off to China and Japan.

  19. I see nothing wrong with helping the White House dispell misinformation. I personally can’t count how many emails I have gotten with “important information” about legislation that was just plain wrong or fabricated. Just yesterday I got to debunk an “Obama quote” that was not actually a quote but rather a piece of satire that had apparently been spread through malice or stupidity as being truth.

The administration isn’t asking you to turn in your neighbors. They’re asking you to let them know what people are saying. Nowhere in here does it say anything about penalties for spreading misinformation. I personally am sick and tired of seeing all the untrue “information” floating around out there and seeing everyday people not check their facts before spreading them on to others to promote their own agendas.

No offense, but I think this site has an agenda. You don’t actually seem to care about the content or intent of the administration’s statements.

  20. You right wing , conservative, bible thumpers are all the same. Don’t you know none of it matters? The rapture is coming. Stop worrying about politics and pack your bags. Jesus is on his way.

  21. I am not a right-winger. Far from it. I believe in freedom of choice when it comes to abortion, I support gay marriage, I reject the practice of religion in school (but I can accept teaching about the religions of the world), and I don’t believe God belongs in government but rather in our hearts; you can be spiritual without cramming your beliefs down everyone elses throats.

I support the Constitution of the United States of America, and reject the 100th and 111th Congresses and every illegal they have done to this country. Your beloved Obama is but a speck of dust in the crap storm these 2 Democratic controlled Congresses have wraught upon us.

I am neither Republican nor Democrat, and although I am not a traditional Christian, I find the use of the name “Jesus” by a paid poster offensive and a sign of things to come after the current Coup d’Etat is complete.

But I am glad to see you are all so scared. It shows me that there is real hope that this juggernaut can be stopped peacefully. Now you’d better get back upstairs. Your Mommy is calling for you to find out about those 900 number charges on her phone bill.

  22. I second what Christian_Patriot_Musician said. He pretty much summed it up. Republicans talk smack, but either put up or shut up, as you never seem to have solutions for the problems you complain about. OH, because you just bash people and everything they say or do…so it is difficult to provide a solution for narrow minded, self-pious opinions.

It is comical that NEITHER party has addressed the monster of illegals that come in and soak up our system — BOTH parties have allowed that and all U.S. taxpayers pay for that…if we would straighten up the problem of ILLEGALS (who should be able to enter legally, of course), we could afford to fix healthcare. For all the rich who think their health insurance is fine — well, you haven’t had to use it much or you will find out much differently.

Medicare pays less and less all the time…I have a “rich friend” who found out his insurance didn’t pay nearly what he thought it would for his brain cancer. He sure paid his premiums for it, though.

Yes, the more y’all spew from your mouth, the more ignorant it reveals you to be. This is an issue that should concern ALL tax paying Americans, because the system in the last 20 years has not served ANY of us well. “Grow the hell up!”
