You can check this out scientifically on the web - each lifeform has a finite amount of energy to expend in it's lifetime. This is where discernment and prioritizing what you are going to spend you time on comes in. Was spending an hour and the emotional energy involved a productive and efficient use of your energy? Would that hour have been better spent another way? This is something I am very concerned about. I just don't trust this government. DT-thanks always for all of your research. I have been trying to warn my grown kids about all of this but I get deaf ears.
