Gates is against it and was told if he doesn't agree to it he will be replaced. S.Korea and Japan, among other countries are, are really hot! He is not taking it to congress but is dealing directly with the Pentagon. If this is true he is endangering the whole world! We need to get rid of him FAST! He is so dangerous. How inept is that!
