		<description>It also seems that the McCain/Palin plan to increase personal benefits would lower personal adjusted incomes, therefore a families taxes.  This absolutely benefits more families with lower incomes, who not only need it the most, but will most likely spend it on goods and services.  I see a bottom up cycle there.</description>
